«The construction of the thousand year old building was amazingly beautiful! The park like grounds are beautiful and peaceful. The staff was very kind and helpful. The bed was firm, like most beds in Italy. I have to say though the pillows were the worse pillows I’ve ever had to sleep on. They were fat hard rubber pillows. 😩

«Stunning grounds, fantastic castle and winery tour and wonderful warm and friendly people that are passionate about making your stay perfect. The simera wine tasting with lunch was ridiculously great value. Topped off by a really impressive sunset over the vines, it was like they arranged everything. We went very early in the season so we practically had the Scuderie to ourselves, and there wasn’t a wedding in the castle so it was totally peaceful. Beautiful place that makes beautiful wine!»

«We highly recommend this spot! It's an amazing little gem that offers a truly unique experience. The hotel owner has painstakingly rebuilt the entire neighborhood block; the area is so charming and perfect it honestly looks like you've walked onto a movie set. «Highly recommended, a very beatiful place and hotel. All of the staff were so nice, helpful and professional. Nice pool area for the warm summer days. We stayed there for two nights and had dinner in the restaurant the first night. Excellent food and service. It is easy to see why this restaurant has a Michelin star. I would definately come back to this hotel, but maybe not in the hottest summer months, since the airconditioning in the room didnt work properly. »
