Light-filled, open and spacious, it feels like summer all year round with 3 alfresco living areas for your morning coffee or cocktails at sunset. Wifi, Netflix, SSAC, parent’s suite, BBQ and more.

When you are looking for the perfect place to getaway and enjoy the best of Torquay, this 2-bedroom townhouse offers coastal living excellence and ultimate convenience. Ideally located to cater to those who want to chill out or seek adventure, Torquay’s sporting reserves are on your doorstep, including the Djila Tjarri Skate Park and Playground. Don’t miss the Farmer’s Market across the road which is held every Saturday, and it’s an easy 750m stroll to Dunes Village for supermarket, café’s, healthcare and dining.

Spacious and architecturally designed, this townhouse boasts quality finishes and natural light at every turn. The beautifully appointed kitchen and main living area upstairs has full span glazing, taking in pleasant views. The kitchen features quality appliances and stylish cabinetry, with stone benchtops, fully-equipped crockery and cookware.

Enjoy meals together at the dining table, before kicking back and unwinding on the comfortable lounge with Netflix, wifi or a great book. Timber flooring, split system heating-cooling and glass sliding doors to the alfresco create seamless indoor-outdoor flow.

Oriented to harness sunshine in the kitchen and open plan living space, the sense of space extends outside to the BBQ, complete with outdoor setting and hanging egg chair. Rarely will you find a vantage point that takes in impressive ocean views from a third storey crow’s nest position.

We have done all we can to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. Both bedrooms are beautifully appointed with luxury hotel quality sheets and towels, each with separate split system heating-cooling. The Queen master bedroom is more than a space to sleep, with space to unwind and retreat on a private terrace. The 2nd bedroom has a Bunk Bed (Double base/Single top), serviced by a central bathroom, stone vanity and toilet, and please note there is an additional powder room next to the second bedroom.

The Neighborhood:
This townhouse is located in a safe and friendly neighbourhood. Ideal for both the adventurous and those who want to kick back and relax.
All within the immediate area: surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, SUPing (Stand Up Paddle), diving, bike riding, running paths, skateboarding and golf or sitting back and if relaxing is more your thing then chose from many of the beautiful surrounding beaches, parklands, cafes, bars, restaurants, spas, shops or designer boutiques to spend your time.

-3 minute drive to the surf shops.
-10 minute drive to the famous Bells Beach.

Surf City Plaza is home to iconic surfing brands such as Quiksilver, Roxy and Rip Curl (all originated in Torquay). There are also many other iconic brands in the Plaza or across the road. Head around the corner to Baines Crescent and find a variety of factory outlets.
You will find everything you need for a fabulous holiday all within a short walk.

Torquay has a beautiful coastline for walking, swimming and surfing. Enjoy the glorious walks along the Esplanade and beach front, especially the walk to Jan Juc.

As well as Torquay’s famous surf beaches there are family-friendly beaches. During the summer season lifeguards patrol at various locations including Torquay Back Beach, Cosy Corner and Jan Juc Beach. Fisherman’s Beach is not patrolled but is a relatively safe beach with a wide shallow bar.

Getting Around:
Our beach house is within easy walking/riding distance to parks and shops. On-street parking is available, plus a single lock up garage - please note there is strictly no parking in shared driveway – cars must be in garage or parked in the street – thanks.
Buses to and from Torquay and Geelong (Number 50 or 51).
Closest train station 15km away (Waurn Ponds station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne.
Torquay is 1 hour 15 mins by car from Melbourne.

Families please note that children always need to be supervised on the deck and the rooftop terrace. There will be a safety gate on the spiral staircase. Strictly no parties, no smoking and no pets.

The property has all required. Lots of outdoor relaxing areas and natural light. Quality extras. Close to supermarket but some distance to central torquay which has plusses n minuses. Property managers very easy to link with.too

Winter Getaway
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Torquay and this house was in the perfect location. Situated in a new estate and a great walk to the beach. It had all the amenities we needed and plenty of outdoor areas to enjoy the winter sunshine.
