DO NOT STAY HERE.DISGUSTING and FILTHY experience.I have never experienced anything like this.Paid close to 1100 for two nights with Instant Suites:bathroom and kitchen have so much grime and dirt that you can tell that this place has not been cleaned properly in MONTHS (the walls & cabinets having dried liquid leaking down, doorhandles have dirt).This is not from the previous guest,this is a build up of filth.Bed in first bedroom is broken on both sides,other bedroom has a headboard that is peeling, dirty and in horrible condition.The balcony had vomit on the railing, the floor and then splashed onto the window of the bedroom.They provide early check-in and then use it as an excuse for a dirty place.You should not offer that option if you can’t provide a clean space to paying customers.The pull out couch had little mountains of a white substance sitting on top of the material and was unable to be used to sleep on. We were 5 people and 3 adults had to sleep in one double bed. They claim there is a cleaning team and inspector between guest visits. Lies. On Day 1 & 2, I took pictures and showed them the state of the apartment, only to be told thank you for letting them know and they’ll let their team know. Not once, did they offer to come and clean the place, apologize or offer a refund for their horrible service. They should be ashamed of themselves for taking people’s hard-earned money for this place & should be removed by booking platforms. Take your money& stay elsewhere.
