Well, the property is OK. Our main issue was that it was too noisy, the room above us. You can hear all the banging sounds like they’re partying. Talked to the reception twice, not sure if they did something but the noise didn’t stop until I fell asleep around 2 in the morning. We needed to catch an international flight the next day so we were exhausted when we woke up. Next thing we know, police are everywhere the next day in the hotel’s vicinity questioning everyone who goes in and out of that hotel. Never again.

Our room and the hallways smelled of smoke. The toilet struggled to flush. The tub was stained. The bed sagged. The kitchennette was broken snd empty of dishes. Worse stay ever. Never staying there again

Nice, clean, quiet, and affordable. Will definitely chose to stay here again. Parking area is good too and free. One of the best places in Missaussaga to stay.

WiFi did not work and the staff made it sound like it’s okay if it doesn’t work because it’s free WiFi anyways. Spent an entire day hungry without being able to order food due to the WiFi not working in my room.

The kitchenette is nice to have, but the room was filthy and in disrepair. I could not get comfortable, even after scrubbing the walls and doors and fixtures.

I didn't check reviews before booking. I checked the reviews on Google the day before my stay, and it scared me. Luckily there were no cockroaches when I stayed there. But the faucet in the bathroom is leaking and there are many dead spots that have not been cleaned. Won't come back

Dog friendly yet dog poop at the back door . Elevator noise ding long. On the first floor and could hear Every movement from upstairs did not sleep all night. Door slamming. Bed was terrible hard With little comforting from the linen.

My room was definitely not cleaned (well) before I checked in. Soap still stuck in the shower. Water didn't drain well in the shower. Dark stain of something in the shower. Stains all over the walls by the table, kitchen area and bathroom. The toilet seat had a type of wax on it? For $100 USD, you'd expect cleanliness in your room, at the least.

Manager was very rude and had no sense of morals. Place was stinky and dirty limited access to soap and towel. Beds are very stiff and the shampoo and body wash was very tiny!

We sincerely apologize that we did not meet your expectation. However, we always accommodate and provide extra shampoo, lotions, towels etc., upon request. Furthermore, early check-in was not possible the day you arrived since we were sold out the night before. Once again we apologize for your experience with us.

This hotel was extremely basic. The room we had not dirty, but had a lot of distress. We had to kill a couple of insects. I will not stay at this property again. Disappointing stay understates the facts.
