I'm not at all impressed with my latest start at this hotel. I arrived at 3 pm and paid for my room and only after paying was i informed that there was no water, due to a water line break. Ok, annoying, but not the end of the world as long as they're working on it. I get to the room, and it's cold, so i turn up the thermostat.
At 7 pm, i call to ask about the water and if they have an estimated time for it, they don't. I ask to be called when it's fixed, because I'm a trucker, the whole purpose of my visit is the have a comfortable room with a good shower, I've been up since early morning and I'm tired. I want to wash and go to bed already. Anyway, at 9:30 pm i call back and they tell me it's been fixed for an hour! I, again, annoying... i tell them there still isn't great in the room and they say they'll send someone up right away... i wait until 10 pm, and no one has shown up yet so i call back and only after having to get upset does someone finally show up to fix the heat.
During my time in the hotel, i find dried urine stains under the toilet seat, gross!
The next morning i talk to the front desk clerk and when i express my dissatisfaction with the hotel they merely shrug and tell me to discuss it with the online booking... so disappointed with the level of service here
