The apartment was clean and tidy, in an excellent location, and had what we needed. The host was also very efficient in responding to our messages, which we appreciated.Our arrival was more difficult than expected. Two concerts were in town and the building was very busy. Our fob was linked to the first available elevator, and when that one was full, the second wouldn't take us upstairs. We had to go back down and buzz again, which happened three times. This was due to the crowds rather than the host, but a short note explaining how the fob and elevators work would help future guests, especially during busy events. We also weren't given the check-in information until the day of arrival, and earlier communication would have eased our anxiety about getting in.Inside the apartment, a few small things could be improved:•The bedroom air conditioning ran very cold and could use adjusting.•There was hand soap but no dish soap.•Most of the teacups had cracks on the inside, so we didn't feel comfortable using them.Overall, it was a good stay, and we appreciate the host's hospitality.
