The entire property, including hallways and multiple rooms were stuffy, smelt mouldy and musty, no air circulation of any kind no HVAC system in place. The floors were sticky, the reception sofas were stained, the curtains were stained, the toilets wouldn't flush, the staff was non existent and unhelpful (with the exception of Al who tried his best to help). We cut our stay short, because we got sick. All in all, one of the worst hotels to stay at; i would advise people to stay away.

Management provided slow poor service. Had to wait 12 hours can contact them 6 times just for them to care enough for a maintenance call. Employees in the restaurant came in late and were quick to rush us out 40 minutes before closing time. Still haven’t gotten my security deposit back. 3-10 will not be staying again.

It was honestly pretty gross. I took photos of the disgusting stains on the bed sheets. And the outlets in the rooms didn’t even hold the plugs in. The curtains were gross. The carpet was all bunched up. I didn’t even feel comfortable taking my socks and shoes off. I will not ever go back.

Not enough staff. Wait times at front desk is 15-20 mins. Requested room cleaning during our 4 night stay and only received once. Pool never had clean towels. Rooms smell musty, carpet must be old. Tried to resolve issue with Manager and he was rude.

Hi Sarah-Lynne, I truly do apologize for the wait time. We are currently training new staff so the transition may be a bit slower than usual at some times of the day. In regards to room cleaning the do not disturb sign has to be off your door otherwise we do not enter even if the cleaning was requested. Wishing you safe & happy travels,

Not particularly happy with the stay. The staff was rather rude. The pool was unavailable and the hot tub was lukewarm. I would stay here again.

The guy assigned on the counter during night shift does not know customer service. If u ask him with simple question he would respond with sarcasm. He should not be working as customer service if he has attitude. Other staff were good.

check in took 35 min. the client in front of me took ap the time. check in the room . found kid Crayons in the closet. open yogurt in ice bucket . old pizza box and garbage in night table. microwave has not been cleaned in months . lobby kids running around. this hotel has people living there month by month. day time front desk manager does not how to talk to people.

Although the hotel looked great we were not happy - the bed had NOT be changed and was dirty, we were moved to another room where I checked the bed and was clean so accepted it - went to use the washroom and the sink was dirty with whiskers all over it - called again and someone came to clean it! Spoke to the manager this morning and never once did he apologize! I also told him that the elevator doors were all black hand prints and only made an excuse that hadn’t been cleaned yet! I would not recommend this hotel. We stayed at Best Western’s in many towns across the US and Canada but this was our first bad experience!
