​🏡 Maximum Privacy: The building houses two completely separate and independent apartments. There are no shared spaces: you’ll have a private entrance and a private terrace, ensuring maximum privacy throughout your stay.

​🔑 Exclusive Access: Guests have exclusive access to the entire 32 m² independent apartment and its private covered terrace.

​🚗 Private Parking Space: During your stay, you’ll have access to a reserved parking space on the property, which is fenced, gated, and monitored by security cameras, for the exclusive use of guests.

​⚠️ Important Accessibility Information: The interior doors are 70 cm wide; therefore, the apartment is unfortunately not suitable for guests who use a wheelchair.

​💰 No Hidden Fees: The room rate already includes the tourist tax for the municipality of Törökbálint.

​👤 Registered guests only: For legal, safety, and insurance reasons, access to and stay in the apartment are permitted exclusively to the individuals listed in the reservation. Unauthorized outside guests are not permitted.
