«Staying at this precious cottage in Bath felt like a dream come true. The rooms are just as lovely as they look in the photos. The exterior of the whole cottage is stunning. It is also situated in the most perfect location. It’s an easy walk to the bus stop to get into Bath city center. It’s also a quick walk to stop in to stores to grab little essentials like water or snacks or even a drink at a pub. Be sure to stop by Prior Park Landscape Gardens while you’re there! «Beautiful character property, very in keeping with the gorgeous town it’s situated in. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated how close it is to the town, the little sunny yard, the lovely bedroom in the eaves and how comfortable the beds are. Malmsbury itself is a lovely town with local shops and eateries, and we did a long walk on the Saturday, following a route from a book at the house. Highly recommend »

Great use of the space, quiet area and welcoming host who was available for any questions. Anmeldelser av populære hoteller i Tormarton

The Gainsborough Bath Spa

The Gainsborough Bath Spa

10/10 Utmerket
"We stayed at The Gainsborough as a family in late July, and the hotel was the perfect base for exploring Bath. The location is central, within easy walking distance of the Roman Baths, Thermae Bath Spa, the Royal Crescent and The Circus. The rooms were large, beautiful and well equipped, with plenty of space for a family. The service was outstanding throughout our stay, and breakfast was superb – Swiss-style service at its very best. The highlight was the Spa Village. The hotel has Bath's natural thermal water piped directly into the spa, and we used it twice. It was calm and beautiful, and in our view better than Thermae, which is much busier. Complimentary access for hotel guests in the morning and evening is a real bonus. Worth knowing for families: the spa has a strict 16+ age limit at all times, so children can't join. We simply took turns using the morning and evening sessions. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience Bath in style. Five stars."
