«This unit has an amazing use of a small space and we were very comfortable. The decor is adorable (obsessed with the kitchen wall tile) and there is everything you could possibly need, including a washer and dryer! Really easy to take your dogs out, as there are two doors, and the area is very dog friendly. There are two public beach access areas nearby. The host communicated well and frequently. Our upstairs neighbors were a bit loud, but that's not the host's fault! (2 kids and 2 dogs so ...

«Excellent communication with the owner. The property was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was well set up with cups and plates and pans all new-ish and in good order. Check in and out were easy. The views were fantastic out over the South End to the beach on one side and the sound on the other. It was easy to walk to the beach on either side. Also, we arrived to a lovely bottle of wine and a note left by the owner. Overall excellent stay. Highly recommended.»

«The place is just as pictured- beautiful. The beach views are stunning. We saw dolphins almost everyday from the deck. We had a super peaceful vacation with great memories made. We plan on returning to the area annually now. Things to note:- Living room carpet is awful. It was like having an invisible pet. The carpet shed onto everyone and got everywhere. - Only one TV in the entire home- White couches, white dining chairs, and white carpets made it a bit uncomfortable staying with kids. - ...

«The house is in a perfect location and decorated like I would decorate my own beach house. We enjoyed all the things...early sunrises and evening sunsets off the back of the house were amazing, kayaking was perfect with a dolphin, a sea turtle even laid her eggs during the week we were there!!! Access to beach is just steps away. Beds were very comfortable and we slept great! Erik was extremely attentive and great communication!! I look forward to returning to this beautiful home!»
