Great stay. Casino is awesome. Varied and newer machines. Very pleasant staff. I was pleasantly surprised by some of the prior reviews - far exceeded my expectations. Huckleberry suite was perfect!

We were pleasantly surprised at this facility! Very clean, very quiet and the restaurant food was very good! This is a completely non smoking hotel which is very nice for us!! Beds were very comfortable but needs softer pillows!! We would definitely stay again!!

The room had dog crap in it, and no alcohol was allowed on the property, it did not say anything about that when booking the room!

Checking in was painful, and their card reader wasn’t working so I had to get cash out for their security deposit. Once I got into the room I was happy. The room was very clean and had a great layout and amenities.

I was disappointed with the food for it being a buffet it was discusting . The pool was dirty. The shower in the pool area was broken so we couldnt even wash off after swimming. The room was half made up.

The best part of the service is was security being able to unlock my vehicle when my key fob died. They were friendly and kind and unwilling to accept a tip. They saved me on a very important day and helped me keep my cool. Magical staff and I am grateful for them. I plan on staying here on every visit. Above and beyond. Oh, and the coffee bar beats Starbucks!

The only thing I didn’t like about the place is the parking. It was hard to find a parking spot in the afternoon. The place have to have parking for the guest people.

There was nothing wrong with my stay. I got a suite that had a separate bedroom and two bathrooms/showers. When we got to the room there were no towels or trash bags. I think they forgot to prep the room before my arrival. I called the front desk, and let them know I had nothing in the room when I got there and that I would appreciate it if they could bring up some towels washcloths bags and blankets; seemed like a normal request. The housekeeping gentleman who arrived gave me ONE TOWEL AND ONE BLANKET. I laughed and asked if this is all I get, he politely smiled and waved goodbye and left! Maybe a language barrier, but I did not get that impression. Definitely not worth the 150.

Pros: room was clean and priced very low for the quality of the room. If yoi are attending a concert, the venue is small and you will have a good seat almost anywhere you sit. Cons: It seems to be an open secret that the customer service is your trade off here. After the concert we attended, there was a very large line for the elevators back up to the rooms (one of the 2 appeared to be out of order). I asked the front desk attendant where the stairs were located and was told they are only available for emergencies. I then realized they had removed (or maybe never installed) any signage labeling the stairways, so if there was an emergency we had no idea where to find them. After several more minutes in line the second elevator was pried open from the inside by several men and the people inside started to cheer and run out into the lobby. Apparently they had been trapped in the elevator for some time and had been ringing the emergency bell and screaming for help, with zero response from staff. The front desk staff and security podium staff (all within eyesight and earshot) did not bat an eye at any of this. The man behind us in line just laughed and said, yeah the rooms are cheap but the customer service is non-existant. We were planning to gamble later but being two women traveling on our own and seeing staff literally look the other way when guests were in distress, we choose to stay in our room. We will not be returning as we did not feel safe at this establishment.

Thank you for being our guest and joining us for a concert! We’re thrilled to learn that you enjoyed the show. Our elevators both passed a routine inspection earlier in the week. During your visit, one elevator did go down for approximately two hours. We delayed responding to your review as we checked in with the supervisors on duty to confirm that there were in fact no passengers were inside the malfunctioning elevator for any period of time. The group outside may have just been excited for the completion of the repair due to delays, and our vendor arrived within two hours to restart the lift.It is true that our stairwells are opened for emergencies only. Since one of our elevators remained operational, our on-site team made the decision to allow guests to return to their rooms via that elevator. We do appreciate your feedback, and we’ve shared it with our directors who will review the emergency stairwell criteria.Thank you again for being our guest, and we hope you will choose to visit again.

We stayed there because we had tickets to a show at the event center in the hotel. The elevator broke after the show and the hotel doesn’t have stairs (only a flight that will set off a fire alarm, but none to access rooms if you didn’t want or couldn’t take the elevator). The wait for the elevator was long and I feel the lack of stairs is an issue. The hotel has you sign an agreement not to drink or smoke on the premises but at the concert there were many people around us drinking alcohol they had snuck in, because security wasn’t very detailed. People were openly smoking pot and the staff didn’t seem to notice or care and it was disappointing because, as you can imagine, people who are drunk and on drugs don’t care much about how their actions impact those around them. They were falling all over the place, loud, and rude. The seats that Legends sets up for events are connected to one another in clusters of three and people bouncing and moving and jumping around moves you and your seat significantly the entire time. I was glad to see the band but disappointed the event staff at the hotel don’t do more thorough searches or crowd control. Not everything was bad, but as you know a few bad experiences can overshadow an event. The food at the food court was good and reasonably priced, and the room was clean with coffee and complimentary water.

This is a dry casino, which is important to know. We booked a suite and I arrived at 2:56 and was told it wasn’t ready yet. I inquired, as I thought check in was at 3. They said “check in starts at 3”. I watched several people get room keys and I was told to wait and should be within 30 minutes. My husband m’s foot was broken and this was a huge inconvenience to wait. We were there for a concert, and after one elevator had suddenly crashed down to the first floor scaring guests and was out of service. Very disorganized response from security. Wait staff at buffet was attentive and kind but food was limited.

However, the amount of time it requires for the guest’s bank to release the funds is outlined in the agreement between the guest and the bank.
