«Stayed for my daughter’s birthday. The balloons were in the room when we arrived as expected. She was later brought a mini happy birthday cake that was delivered to the room. We also had an amazing spa day the next day. The hotel staff and spa staff were all professional and courteous. My husband and I also stay at this property about twice a year, and has remained one of our favorites.»

«Arrived in the late night (12am) to check in. There was a sign at the front desk about reservations being canceled after 1am if not checked in. That didn’t stop them from giving us a room we didn’t reserve (instead of the 2 queen bed suite we reserved we got 2 separate king size rooms) -across the hall from one another. One of the rooms smelled of heavy cleaning product so we were left to all squeeze into 1 king size bed. The room was alright but toiletries were in some strange squeeze tubes ...

«Hadde bestilt suite m sovesofa og kingsize-seng. Soveofaen var umulig å ligge på, så min venn måtte sove på vanlig sofa som heller ikke var god. Alarmen ringte kl 06.00 og 06.15, noe vi ikke hadde bestilt og ødela søvn. Ellers hyggelig personale og flott beliggenhet.»

«Our stay was short, but knowing that we could come back to a quaint, clean, and welcoming atmosphere made returning “home” both nights something to look forward to. «This was our first time staying at the hotel and it did not disappoint! My boyfriend and I chose the queen sized room. It was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. It was a small space however, we loved the vibe. The hotel’s decor was interesting and beautiful. We loved the location and parking was easy. This place is a definite when we need to spend the night in Baltimore. 😊»
