«Out of all the places we stayed during our three weeks on the South Island, Ratanui Lodge provided the best service and hospitality. Firstly, the staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much for them and the two ladies we dealt with went out of their way to give recommendations and ensure our stay was fantastic. We were on honeymoon and we were left a card and bottle of bubbly in the room which was a lovely touch, as was the robes and bottled water in the fridge.
