Your new home in the middle of the forest! With private pool and jacuzzi, within a safe residential compound of 10 properties, less than 5 km away from the centre of Avandaro. Ideal for groups looking to be surrounded by nature.

The place has 4 bedrooms (each one with a full bathroom), terrace, bbq facilities, garden and fire pit.

All the bedrooms have a full bathroom, 3 located on the upper floor and 1 located on the 1st floor with a bunk bed.

PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED.

All the rooms have its own full bathroom, 3 are located on the upper floor (2 have “tapancos”) and the other one it’s on the first floor (bunk bed).

During your stay there will be a team assisting you with everything you may need in order to transform your stay into something extraordinary, including our personal chef , the cooking service (breakfast and lunch, only at weekends) and a general cleaning are included, however in case of wanting a deeper cleaning there is a $450 mxn fee per day.

IMPORTANT
The house it's located at an area surronded by the forest, during the rainy season, there may be power outages. We have emergency generators to ensure your comfort. Please note that these generators produce some noise when operating and are in use from 10 am to 9 pm
