Located in a residential area close to the Maumee River & Fort Miami park. This charming 1950's bungalow features garage parking & brand new central AC!

Enter through the cute front porch using our electronic lockbox, no key needed. The home greets you with cheerful paint & natural light.

The living room features a beige sectional sofa, end tables w/ lamps and a coffee table that converts to an additonal eating area OR work space. New 50 inch TCL Google Smart TV. We provide Sling TV, which is similar to basic cable OR guests are welcome to log into their own streaming services.

There is a small bistro table w/ 2 stools if youd like to grab takeout from any of the close by locally owned Maumee restaurants.

The light and bright galley kitchen features white cabinets, picket fence style backsplash, and refinished counters. Full sized refrigerator w/ Brita pitcher and ice trays as well as full sized Gas stove. We provide a basic set of pans, tea kettle, toaster & Pyrex containers. There are also sets of silverware, plates, bowls etc.

If youre a coffee drinker we have a brand new Keurig K-Cup machine & provide an assortment of coffee and creamers.

Down the hall are 2 bedrooms: Both feature a New Queen bed w/ firm memory foam mattresses (our guests love these at our other homes), crisp white linens & pillows. Each bedroom has an end table w/ a lamp as well as a closet w/ luggage rack and hangers.

The larger bedroom has a work desk and office chair as well as a side chair.

Both bedrooms have ceiling fans as well and blackout curtains for guest comfort.

The bathroom has a tile shower/tub combo, new exhaust fan and ample lighting. Ample towel sets are provided for our guests as well as toilitries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, handsoap etc. There is a first aid kit in the medicine cabinet.

There is a full basement at this property which house the washer and dryer. You are more than welcome to use these.

Outside is a cozy yard w/ firepit and two chairs. For our guests convenience we have made the garage useable, it has a new overhead manual door. The garage/driveway can hold up to 5 vehicles but there is also on street parking.

We also just put in Central Air conditioning. There is 200 mpb Wifi.

Toledo Museum of Art, Toledo Zoo, Stranahan Theatre, Glass City Center & more are about a 10 min drive away.

Our home is professionally cleaned after each guest, we try to keep the cleaning costs as low as possible while maintaining a high standard of clean, we never require guests to do dishes/laundry but it is helpful if the outgoing guest starts the laundry & dishwasher since many of our incoming guests ask to check in early.

Because some bookings are back to back, it can be difficult to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs. If you need additional time in the home please consider booking an extra day. If our cleaner completes the clean early we do our best to notify the incoming guest that they can check in early.

By booking our home you agree to not smoke anywhere on property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, vaping and E-Cig. Furthermore, you understand that if you or any guests are confirmed to have smoked a $250 fee will be imposed.

By booking our home and bringing pets you agree to be a responsible pet owner and follow all local leash laws. You agree to pick up after your pet and understand that a $100 fee will be imposed if it is confirmed that your pet had accidents in the home or was not picked up after. You agree to pay for any pet damages.

Please keep in mind that staying at an VRBO is different than a hotel. The usual nightly rate of this home is less than $100, although it can be higher during weekends/holidays. We stand by our home being less costly than a local hotel room while accommodating more people and being pet friendly. We ask that guests be kind when it comes to leaving reviews. VRBO reviews of 4 stars or less can result in the listing getting kicked off of the platform. We are open to honest feedback. Guests are provided with a direct maintenance number should maintenance be needed during a stay. An info sheet is also located at the property near the front door.
