"Super friendly and helpfull staff"

"This hotel is very average for a couple of reasons. First off the rooms are VERY VERY small. We could hardly move around in the room or unpack the luggage. The service was also very average. If we lost the key card they would charge 5000 yen extra (luckily we didn't loose it). I asked if they could throw a worn out backpack for us, and they wanted 2000 yen for that (Unreal!) etc etc. What we liked the best was rhe location (very close to a great sento, 7/11, Life supermarket and Skytree tower. But no, we will pick a different place next time."

"the hotel was close to the subway so very easy to explore Tokyo. The room itself was decent size with a quiet aircon and soft blankets. The room was cleaned every 3 days and new towels everyday so one can go to the spa resort. "

"The reason for not a complete 5 stars, are the beds. They are hard and uncomfortable after a long day of sightseeing, unfortunately. But getting to borrow slippers, pajamas, two different pillows to choose between and free water everyday, weighed up for the beds not being the best. This hotel has everything you need and our room was spacious. I had plenty of room for luggage and toiletries. They will provide you with free hygenic products, umbrella, laundry and even has its own little convenience store. That was very useful for easy stock up before bedtime or before heading out. Having a cafe next to the reception made for easy and accessible breakfast everyday if you want. Lovely, modern, clean and quiet soundproof hotel! "

"I really liked the area and would consider staying in Asakusa for another trip. But I would have to say it would not be this hotel. It is fairly close to the train/subway station, which is great, but the beds were so hard and uncomfortable. Sadly I was very affected by this and was very tired during the days due to lack of sleep. I liked the Japanese style of the room, but it was very little space. The breakfast was OK, but we opted out after the three first days. Very friendly staff and a quiet area."

"Fint hotell med vennlig og høflig personale. Rommene er litt små for familie på 3 men fungerer helt greit med en ekstra seng. Ligger veldig fint og sentralt på Asakusa."

"Veldig sentralt og fint hotell, så veldig fint utgangspunkt for en Tokyo-tur. 1 min til metro og to stopp fra Asakusa. Supermarked i samme bygg. Ellers er hotellet helt ordinært. Restauranten hadde ingen allergivennlige alternativer (absolutt alt inneholdt soya) så den fikk vi ikke prøvd."
