I am not a hostel person at all, but this capsule option I really enjoyed! Everything is very new and modern, comfortable beds, and it’s all very clean. Although you cannot lock the room/capsule, the safe under the bed does the job. Would definitely recommend!

Great for solos to socialize. Good price. Bed size is decent. Great english speaking staff. Perfect location for Shibuya. Showers, toilets, and laundry are kept clean. Fairly quiet in the guest rooms. The free beer hour is amazing for socializing and I say that as someone who lacks extremely in that area.

I arrived early like 0900, Staffed should have processed everything that needs to be done like payment process and orientation videos so that by the time its check in time at 1500 little things like that is already done and I can take a rest and sleep after a long hours of flight. Everything else is wonderful and did enjoyed my stay.

First time at a capsule-style hotel and found it to be quite nice. You do have to be mindful of your own volume, but it was quite a comfortable and relaxing stay. Would definitely book again.

We expected a room not pod. People qho are travelled alone is fine but Couple will not like it. It is a pod hotel and I didn’t like to stay on it.

Decent Short Termed Stay for Solo Traveler.
I was pretty excited for this stay. I arrived around 11pm and was given a my pod and access card. When I approached the pod, I noticed someone was already sleeping in it. Okay, it's late, mistakes happen. I went back to the front desk to have them sort it out. They assigned me a new pod and believe it or not, it happened AGAIN. Aside from those hiccups, the facility was very nice and clean. Perfect for solo traveling social butterflies on a budget who wants to stay in the lively Shibuya neighborhood. The bed was comfortable and could be moved into a sofa form to allow for a little more standing room in your pod. There were a little space to store your your luggage. The showers were nice, private little units . Amenities such as toothbrush, hairbrush, shampoo, conditioners, slippers, and hair dryer were provided.

Great place.
A modern and really great, budget-friendly capsule hotel, with great, clean facilities and helpful staff. The beds are comfortable but unfortunately I had a restless sleep as the mattress had slid down towards the foot of the bed (I did not realise it was NOT meant to do this, and the bed therefore wouldn't lay flat!). The Happy Hour of free beer from 17:30 was most welcome and provided an opportunity to chat (if you wish to do so) with fellow residents. I highly recommend this place and will absolutely stay here again when I visit Tokyo again.

空間は至って快適でした。 エレベーターが1台しかないので常に急いでいる方からするとやや難点ですが ベッドも広いし、ベッドの下にものがおけるのは他のカプセルにはないところ。 ワークスペースも快適です。 ビールもう少し安いと嬉しいです!
