Hotel is clean, new appliances and good quality furniture. Great location. The exception is the size of the room. Extremely small room, hobbit size bathroom. Bed doesn’t fit a couple with comfort and it’s hard even to walk in the room. I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Claustrophobic.

The staff were lovely and welcoming. We found the location excellent for exploring all of Tokyo. A short walk to Tokyo Station, a minute to the Ginza Line and more..: quiet! The hotel provided great value with free coffee and an ample breakfast buffet. Solid choice!

Good if unexciting location in business district. Very convenient access to subway system literally right in front of the hotel entrance (stairs). Breakfast was adequate but unvarying. Some more fresh fruit choices would be welcome. Restaurant is not open for other meals. Room was tiny, but we expected that. Very clean. All in all a good experience.

We really liked staying here. So convenient to transit and away from the insanity of other areas. I would've given it a 5 star but our bed sheets and pillow sheets were dirty (a big yellow stain on the sheets, brown pieces of something on the pillow, and long pieces of hair in the bed). They came up with sheets and we had to change them ourselves with the front desk guy. After that we enjoyed our stay without any more issues!

The room was as advertised. Small and nice, but acceptable for the price. I had read comments of people being charged for checking in early and that was exactly the case for me. My check in was at 2pm. I arrived just after 1 after a long red eye flight and they insisted on charging an extra 1000 JPY for the extra 50 or so minutes despite the room being ready. I also had to make a collect call to my credit card company. I asked the receptionist to assist me in making the phone call several times and at no point did he mention any extra charges for this call (nor did it mention in the room). To my surprise, I was presented with a bill of 4000 JPY for international phone calls. When I complained to them about the lack of transparency, they could not explain to me why they were charging me. The language barrier was too much to overcome when discussing customer service matters. For anyone planning on staying here in the future, I’d suggest double checking everything you do for extra charges before you do it because reconciling a surprise surcharge with them is a nightmare.

As many have stated the rooms are small. Not ideal for two people. My partner discovered her bottle that was full of a premium facial product was emptied - very strange? Other than that incident. Hotel was new and the staff were very helpful. Location is great.

Really nice hotel, near Tokyo Station and other metro stations. Makes getting around Tokyo very easy. Rooms smaller as to be expected in Japan, but very clean and nice.

We loved our 3 night stay here, the staff were incredibly helpful to us as English speakers. The Breakfast was tasty and peaceful. The room was very comfortable (with a wet-room shower). Within walking distance of Tokyo station with a large suitcase, and a metro station literally on the doorstep the convenience to explore the city was fantastic. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

Spent 5 wonderful nights at remm Tokyo Kobashi. The Kobashi subway stop is conveniently located right in front of the hotel. Ginza and Tokyo station are within a 10 minute walk. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff was excellent. The room was a bit small but clean, efficient and met all our needs. Would stay here again.

Only stayed at Remm hotel for 2 nights but had a good time. It is in the Ginza area and right in front of the entrance is the train station. Pros - rooms have a massage chair which is wonderful after doing 30k steps in Tokyo. They also have a nice bed and large TV. They also had a luggage weight we can borrow at the lobby which we took full advantage of. Cons - my room didn't have a tub unlike all the other hotels I've stayed at. Was hoping to do a nice soak after a long day. The staff also couldn't help us call a taxi to the airport which was strange. Had to do my own online research and booking.

It was close to the station which I loved. However, not our favorite area to stay compared to Shibuya. Overall, the room was comfortable although a bit small for two people with luggage. The massage chair was great.
