Good location, with plenty of small restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The Toei Metro station is also a few minutes away from the hotel. Breakfast is excellent, together with the Japanese Bath.

You can’t control temperature in each room. It is one temperature in the whole hotel. Hotel has set it at warm temperatures.

Zimmer: Das WLAN in meinem Zimmer war leider vollkommen unbrauchbar (1MBit down/up wenn‘s gut läuft). Da die Klimaanlage zentral gesteuert wurde, musste man, wenn es zu warm sein sollte (was ständig der Fall war), das Fenster ankippen. Zudem hatte ich leider das Pech, das es in meinem Zimmer keinerlei Tageslicht gab. In Kombination mit der geringen Größe des Zimmers (~10 Quadratmeter), war der Aufenthalt in dem Raum eher eine Herausforderung als Entspannung. Public Bath: Ein Kaltwasserbecker zur Abkühlung wäre noch nett gewesen. Ansonsten gibt es hier nichts zu bemängeln Zudem hätte ich mir einen Ruhebereich in der nähe des Bads gewünscht. Essen & Trinken: An das Hotel angeschlossen ist ein Irish Pub, in dessen Räumlichkeiten morgens das Frühstück serviert, während man abends dort gut essen und vor allem Trinken kann. Die Barkeeperin kann gut Cocktails mixen.

It was a beautiful hotel but the rooms are too small. I was expecting small but these rooms reminded me of rooms on a cruise ship. The bathroom hardly had any room. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We couldn't use the pool which was lame cuz it was 30 and sunny and would have been super nice. Couldn't use the spa cuz I had tattoos. It was also quite humid in the hotel. Bed was super comfy though.

Cheap hotel at this town. Room was very very small, but clean. No space at all for your stuff. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. Staff speaks very poor english. Next time would not choose this hotel only because of the room size. Location was very good, metro was almost next to the hotel.

Clean, has all amenities, yes room is small but they already mention this is a business hotel so it’s meant for solo or couple travellers who are ok with small room. We don’t care as we just go there to sleep but if you have kids then don’t choose this place due to room size. Everything else was perfect. Train station is across so super convenient.

The room was small, but given that it’s Tokyo, we had already expected that. The housekeepers were friendly, but the front-desk officers could’ve been more helpful. When we arrived on the first day unsure of what the luggage drop-off procedure was, nobody came to help, and when we eventually approached someone for help, the interaction was a rather unfriendly one. That’s a small issue, however. The hotel is located in a very convenient area which made it very easy for us to get from place to place. It was also clean and comfortable, and value-for-money.

It is near with subway line, unable to use jr pass. Room is quite compact as concept of APA hotel group. There is onsen in 2flr which is pretty nice after shopping. There is laundromat which is required 500 yen per time.

1. Location: Very easy to commute to HND airport. If you want to buy some snack in 24 hours convenience store, there are two right cross street. If you are visiting Ginza, shinjuku, roppongi or azabudai. You can use toei one day pass to travel, it saves you money. If you like dinning place, only suki ya or matsuya available. Better get some food in shinjuku if you like dinning in the restaurant. 2. Facility: I love the public bath at 2nd floor. And the water pressure is very good. (There is a swimming pool, we didn’t have chance to use it) 3. Service : The staffs are very helpful and friendly. It was raining one day in this trip. They offer me an umbrella to use when I travel in the city.

This hotel resembled a subpar Vegas establishment but with uncomfortably small rooms that lacked ventilation. Unlike many other hotels, there was no flexibility in check-in or check-out times. We did not receive any housekeeping services during our stay. Additionally, the staff seemed unprepared to assist foreign guests, struggling to understand and meet basic requests. The check-in process felt impersonal, relying on a confusing automated system for assistance.

상당히 고급스러운 분위기의 숙소. 근처에 지하철 역이 있어 이동하기도 편합니다. 직원들이 매우 친절하고 숙소가 서비스도 좋습니다. 조식은 뷔페식 이지만 종류가 많은 편은 아니었습니다. 하지만 장기간 숙박해도 좋은 곳입니다.
