"Modern and spacious with excellent amenities. Very expensive buffet meals but the restaurants à la carte was very good and the bakery is excellent. Shame there is no gym, also the bathrooms have a huge unwieldy step, no fan that I could find or defogging of the mirror. "

"Great place. Centrally located. Many Halal restaurants around the area. 5 minutes walk to Shibuya crossing. Highly recommended for family and couples. Laundry option worked really well. Staff were polite and attentive. Answered all our questions. Also try the Italian restaurant in the hotel. They went beyond to show us vegan/halal options on their menu. Japanese bathrooms are great. Room was small (as all overall Japan) but big enough for two of us with comfortable bed. We had enough space for our two large and two small luggage. Room doors could have been better isolated. "

"A great hotel with a perfect location next to the underground (exit A1). Large rooms, comfortable beds, air conditioning and balcony. Really nice breakfast and friendly staff. We were traveling with our four teeanage kids, and had 3 rooms. We recommend having at least 6 days while visiting Tokyo. And we would definitely come back to this hotel!"
