Our staff works hard to provide exceptional engagement, Tofino is a very small town and staff everywhere need to be flexible on-premises, especially during our winter season months in order to provide you with a memorable experience. We also provide signage on our door and front desk that we will return in 10 minutes. Duffin Cove's property is unique as we are located in the heart and downtown core of Tofino allowing for an abundant array of dining options within seconds away from your door. Including a restaurant steps away on our sister property The Maq Hotel. We're sorry the rooms were not up to your standards and we appreciate your feedback as it is important to us for the future experiences of our guests.
