Villa Il Momento is located on the top of a hill overlooking the region of Todi. This newly built villa was designed to incorporate traditional architecture like the stone exposed outside and wooden beams with modern design such as floor to ceiling windows to create a light and airy feel.

The carefully selected materials complement each other and form a harmonious union between the old and the new to establish this exceptional villa.
The villa can accommodate up to 12 people – it has 4 independent apartments fully equipped with modern kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living rooms.

Each apartment was planned to offer the absolute comfort to its guests – including floor heating and air conditioning, bidets and private balconies/terraces.
You can enjoy the stunning views of the rolling hills and share magical moments of sunrise and sunset by the heated pool (12x6m).

Thanks to the fully equipped outdoor kitchen and spice garden located just next to the pool, you can have unforgettable culinary experiences while others relax on the cosy outdoor sofas.
