Guests have full access to the entire home and the Pocono Country Place community.

🎟 Amenity Badge Requirements:
✔ All guests ages 3 and up must purchase an amenity badge to access community facilities (pools, lakes, etc.)
✔ Cost: $12.00 per person, per day
✔ Where to Purchase: Badges are available at the Welcome Center

🚗 Best Way to Travel: A car is highly recommended for getting around, as public transportation is limited in the area.

📍 Community Access: Be sure to stop at the community center first before heading to the home.

🅿️ Parking: Free parking is available at the property for 6 vehicles.

🚕 Rideshare Services: Uber and Lyft are available but may have limited availability, especially in the evenings or during off-peak seasons.

🚲 Local Exploration: The community is walkable, and bikes can be a great way to explore nearby lakes, trails, and amenities.


🏡 Community Registration & Amenity Information
Please note that all guests must be registered with the community prior to their stay.

📋 Guest & Vehicle Registration
✔ All guests must be at least 22 years of age and must remain at the home for the entire duration of the stay
✔ After booking, we will request the names of all adult guests staying in the home
✔ All vehicles must be registered before arrival

🐾 Pet Policy
The home is pet-friendly! A $125 fee applies for up to two well-trained dogs. Please notify us in advance if you are bringing pets.

⏰ Important Timing Note
• All guests must be registered at least 48 hours before check-in
• A $75 fee applies to any guest registration completed within 48 hours of check-in
• All bookings made within 48 hours of check-in are also subject to the $75 fee and must be registered prior to arrival

🔒 Security Deposit Option – To help protect our home while keeping cleaning fees low, we offer two options for your stay:

• A small, non-refundable damage waiver is included in your booking, covering up to $1,000 in accidental damage
OR
• A $1,000 refundable security deposit, which is fully returned after your stay if no damage occurs

If you prefer the refundable deposit, just send us a message after booking, and we’ll take care of it.
