A Pocono Country Place is a gated community and it requires us to submit a form with certain information about the guests, such as guest address & cell number, names of all guests and vehicle/s info.

This information needs to be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the check in. Any delay in sending the information OR for last minute bookings done within three days from the date of check in, will incur a fee of $75.

NO SMOKING POLICY: This is a smoke/vape free environment. There will be a $350 deep cleaning fee if anyone smokes in the space. Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the space. Anyone violating these rules may be asked to leave without refund.
