Feel at home-away-from-home in our spacious house located in the Pocono Farms Community! This home has everything you need for a relaxing getaway; TVs, a pool table, an indoor fireplace, an outdoor fire pit, and a ton of other amenities Pocono Mountains has to offer. Surrounded by greenery, it’s a great place to enjoy the beauty of nature. Explore the local state parks and go on fun indoor and outdoor adventures!

Indoor Areas:
Our 5-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home features 4 queen beds, 2 double beds, and 2 single beds. Watch movies and shows on 2 large Roku Smart TVs for a theater-like feel. Sip drinks at the bar as you watch your family and friends play board games or pool. And as the weather cools down, warm up by the fireplace. (Firewood not provided).

Enjoy the large deck and make family meals on the BBQ grill (propane provided) with chairs and a table for outdoor dining. Bundle up, grab some marshmallows and graham crackers, and warm up by the outdoor firepit!

Less than 10 minutes away, the 170-acre Tobyhanna Lake offers tons of amenities for some summer fun! Including a beach for swimming with bathrooms and showers available. Four picnic areas with picnic tables, charcoal grills, and a playground near the swimming beach.
You can rent Rowboats, Kayaks, Paddleboats, Canoes, and Electric motorboats. You can go fishing too! Common species are Bass, Pickerel, Yellow perch, Catfish, and Sunfish (Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission regulations and laws apply). Summer-driven amenities will open on Memorial Day.

Parking:
There is space for a maximum of 4 vehicles, 2 in the garages and 2 in the driveway. No parking is allowed on the road.

There is a $150 flat fee for dogs, a maximum of 2 dogs. Please tell us the age and breed as you book, must be fully house trained, and we do not allow puppies. Must be leashed while outside and all droppings picked up.

Great location

There was plenty of space for all of our friends to enjoy and the location was close to plenty of activities in the area.

The house had a fresh and clean appearance with a great layout for a large group. The beds were very good to excellent. The kitchen well stocked and was spacious with a self cleaning oven and double stainless steel sinks. We enjoyed our meals on the porch, which overlooked the woods. Great selection of books, games, puzzles, and toys. There were steep steps without railings throughout its length and raised joins between areas of flooring, which may make maneuverable challenging for individuals with mobility issues. The living and dining room room lighting was dim and the metallic dining room chairs were not very comfortable. On the whole, we had a wonderful time.

Beautiful house and great host!

This house was absolutely gorgeous, clean and the host was absolutely amazing. If you want a place to stay and relax this is the place.

Looks good but deceiving

The home smelled stale like a basement and had to be aired out and lysol. The living room furniture was broken and the springs were coming out the bottom. All of the carpeted floors have dips and crevices. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and most slept on the floor. The dishwasher and refrigerator were dirty. The grill didn't work. The other chaise was stained and dirty. There was chewing gum on the wall.
