The space
Our guests always appreciate the outdoor pool and jacuzzi as well as the private parking spot.

This stylish apartment is approximately 50 m2 plus a 15 m2 balcony with a pool view and it can comfortably accommodate up to 3 guests.

All rooms of the apartment have Air Conditioning and heating and free high-speed WiFi.

In addition, there is a flat-screen smartTV with international channels and a safety box.

The cozy living room comprises a double sofa bed, LCD TV, and a dining area with a table and chairs. From here there is access to the well-equipped modern kitchen.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, induction hob, oven, toaster, and cooking utensils. Guests are welcomed with a few free drinks for refreshment.
Guest access
They access the pool even during colder weather because we heat the pool all year long. On the top of the house, there is a huge terrace with a magnificent view of the city and the sea. We have a set of sunbeds and tables and chairs, so our guests can spend their time enjoying the surrounding. Also, there is a BBQ grill there in case you prefer making a nice grill outside.
Additionally, all guests can access a room with a washing and drying machine whenever they want.
