Adjacent to the living room is a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, ample counter space, and a cozy dining area where you can enjoy meals with loved ones.
Bedrooms:
The two bedrooms in our home are designed for maximum comfort. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious queen-sized bed and a desk area for work. The second bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed and easy access to the second bathroom, which also includes a shower. Both bedrooms are furnished with quality linens, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring the nearby attractions.
Bonus Room:
One of the highlights of our listing is the large bonus room, which offers a versatile space for relaxation or entertainment. Furnished with comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, bunkbed, and arcade, this room is perfect for movie nights, game nights, or simply unwinding after a long day of outdoor activities. This room has easy access to the 1st bathroom and can double as a 3rd bedroom. The bunkbed offers a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top.

Guest Access:
As a guest of our duplex property, you will have exclusive access to the East half of the property, which includes a private entrance and all the amenities provided within that side of the duplex.
Upon arrival, you will have exclusive access to the parking area reserved for this unit where you can park your vehicle or vehicles conveniently. The private entrance to this unit is clearly marked, and you will receive detailed instructions on how to access the property prior to your arrival.
In addition to the indoor spaces, you will also have access to the outdoor areas that are exclusive to the East half of the property. This includes a private patio, private parking, backyard, deck, and other outdoor amenities for you to enjoy.
Please note that the West half of the property is reserved for the other independent unit and may be occupied by other guests or residents. It is important to respect their privacy and refrain from accessing or using any areas designated for their use.

The Vine & Olive Italian restaurant is directly adjacent to this property and many nights they have live music (they keep the volume reasonable). From the property you can get to Disney in under an hour, why stay in Kissimmee when you can enjoy all of the nature and activities available in Titusville. Directly across the street is the William J Manzo Memorial Park where you can take in views of the river. Additionally, the Kennedy Space Center, Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge, and Canaveral National Seashore are all within close proximity, making it a perfect destination for space enthusiasts and outdoor enthusiasts alike.

Interaction with Guests:
We'll communicate check-in instructions and send a few messages to make sure you have everything that you need. If someone is checking out of the other duplex we might show up between 12PM-3PM for a couple hours to clean the other unit and swap linens.
