«The ad is exactly as listed, we loved having separate bedrooms. There's no tv but ac in the window which was awesome! There is no indoor garbage, there are 2 outdoor BBQs but the 2 burners in the cabin hardly worked. Took us about 20 minutes to fry some eggs haha. Very cutesie, bring all your own stuff»

«Cozy space but enough for meals, games and sleeping (5 adults). Super close to the beach, and the beach wasn’t overcrowded, as there is no nearby public parking. Cottage is fresh and comfortable. Checkin & out were easy and some flexibility with timing. Early check out a bit challenging, but then we were able to check in earlier.»

«The place was fine, but a little bit rough around the edges. Some things to be aware of though, the firepit is communal for a large number of cottages, so you may end up not getting a chance to use it. The property itself has a lot of cottages on it and youre space shares a back wall with another cottage. Parking is tight on the property. Especially important is that as of July 2026 most of beach 1 property is being torn down for reconstruction, so its not that nice to be around and a lot of the ...
