«Quest is a hotel "chain" in New Zealand. Our hotel was situated on Thorndon, hence the name. Our room was a small studio with a kitchen and a bathroom with washing machine and dryer. All in all it was an "average" room in a hotel which was "average" situated just outside centrum. However we reached the harbor area and downtown after a short walk. The train station was only two - three minutes away by foot.»

«There is nothing boutique about this overpriced hotel.
Peeling wallpaper, dirty walls, mould on the bathroom ceiling, no bathmat, blinds that don't come down in the bathroom for privacy and a terrible bed. This is a hotel with so much potential if somebody would just give it some much needed love and updating.»

«Quirky vibe, European style. Very comfortable room, with excellent amenities. All very thoughtful in terms of guest comfort, needs, use of space and sustainability.
Good location by the harbour and opposite the Te Papa museum. Parking a short walk away. Register your car with the hotel to save on parking fees.
Breakfast in The Pantry was tasty, with fresh ingredients.
