«Threshold came off along with the door sweep. Hole in wall in bathroom. The whole place sloped badly! Futon almost broke. Seriously should not rent that unit! Bad experience. And I have rented VRBO units before.»

«We enjoyed our stay here at Rockaway Beach. The property is right across the street from the beach in a quaint town. The apartment looked exactly as the listing and included everything we needed. We found it to be a good value, less expensive than other beach towns nearby. The property management was very responsive and check-in/check-out was super easy.»

«View was gorgeous. One of the few places in the building without broken windows. Only complaint is the light switch situation in the main bedroom/bathroom. No way to have light in the toilet without lighting up the bedroom. »
