Beach Fest: $1,500 transportation package. Includes: Pickup and drop-off at SD airport or border. Take you anywhere in Tijuana/Rosarito during the day. Drop off and pick up at Beach Fest. ( We've hosted privately for more than 6 years during Beach Fest, so we understand the logistics off drop offs and pick up, so we pre-determine an agreed pick-up spot! )

Book 3 days and pay $1,500 total, which includes early and late check out, and free heating of the pool. Message on IG.

We also offer transportation for an extra cost, from Los Angeles and surrounding areas to Ensenada. ( 14 seats high roof passenger van ).

Our TJ home is located minutes from everything TJ/Rosarito has to offer while peacefully relaxing with loved ones. Listen to the ocean, watch the sunset, or relax in the pool while grilling. The open living room can seat everyone at once & has a projector and TV. Our home is located in the middle of TJ & Rosarito, meaning you'll have the best of both worlds without having to drive far out and deal with traffic. Beach 5 mins away, Rosarito: 10 mins. Playas de TJ: 10 mins. Downtown TJ: 15 mins.

****The pool will be heated to 80 degrees the first day you arrive. After that, additional heating will cost $60 per day.

*****There is a $200 or $4,000 pesos refundable depoit you pay at check in that is returned within 24 hours after checkout if there are no damages. ( Cashapp, Zelle, Venmo, / deposit or bank transfer for Mexico ).

Our home is large and spacious enough to fit everyone comfortably. It's located in a peaceful gated beach community with 24/7 security, which is great for kids playing outside. Enjoy the inside-outside living as the glass sliding doors in the living room open completely into the backyard and pool area. Enjoy the spacious backyard which offers a heated pool, sitting and dining areas, a fire pit, BBQ grill, and a play area for kids.

The family room can fit everyone and offers a projector and TV for movie night. The TV has Netflix and Thunder TV. ( Thunder TV has every channel in every market, all live sports, free PPV, and every show or movie in English and Spanish ).

The kitchen is also spacious and open. The kitchen has everything needed to cook and prepare a meal for the entire family. ( Spices, seasoning, pots, pans, plates, eating utensils, cooking utensils, serving pans, slow cooker, coffee maker, mixer, blender..etc.. ) We have extra tables and chairs to fit more people at the dining table.

There are 6 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and 2 half baths one inside and the other outside.

Room 1: 1 King Bed, attached bathroom, TV. Sleeps 2.

Room 2: 1 King Bed, TV. Sleeps 2.

Room 3: 1 King Bed, TV. Sleeps 2.

Room 4: 1 Queen Bed, 1 Twin XL Bed, TV. Sleeps 3.

Room 5 ( Downstairs room ): 2 Full Beds, 1 Crib, TV. Sleeps 5.

Room 6: 1 Full Bed. ( This is located in the upstairs hallway, it's open and does not have much privacy ).

2 extra air mattresses can be laid out in the living room.

Sleeps 16 total.

Unlike most hosts, we do not charge any cleaning fees, unless the house is left very very messy.

Upon arrival, we provide a list of things to do and places to eat nearby with estimated time of arrivals

The house is in a gated beach community. There's an Oxxo ( Convenience store ), meat market, BBQ restaurant, liquor store, mini market, bakery, and Birria restaurant a short 5-minute walk away.

There is a private beach just 5 minutes away that has beautiful sunsets. Papas & Beer/downtown Rosarito is just 10 minutes away. Playas de Tijuana is 10 mins away. Downtown Tijuana is 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. The house is located next to the freeway, so there's no traffic getting to and from things. There are also great restaurants nearby.

Rules:

No parties, live music, or super loud music. Please keep the music at a chill and laid-back level.

No smoking allowed inside, outside is fine. No weed at all on or around the property.

If the pool is being used after 10 pm, please keep the noise and music level down in respect of the neighbors.
