Rooms are too small the room was noisy. The bed is just a box spring with a dirty foam top. The foam is not even covered by case or something like that.

We had issues with the ADA room. They were available, however the keys were not working. My exhausted wheelchair bound mother was shuffled around a bit while it was figured. That was my main issue with the property.

Goods In front of tacos el franc, next to mercado hidalgo. Good parking. Not so good A bit expensive for what you get, rooms are small and seem run down. Very small TV. Overall Good location, would not stay again for similar price you could get a better spot.

I like that is super close to everything in downtown and airport as well and is also super close to the border but just pay attention with the showers, the floor gets all wet and and Cristal doors are dangerous because they hit each other every time you close the door and also I don’t like those toilets but everything else is super cute :)

Al lado de la habitación 367 salió una persona con pistola la tarde/noche de ayer. Además, habia chinches en la cama. Muy decepcionante el servicio.

Contamos con un programa estricto de fumigación, que cuenta con las certificaciones requeridas por las autoridades, le aseguramos que medidas fueron aplicadas.
