Located in Piovere (a hamlet of Tignale), the Melograno holiday home enjoys a wonderful view of Lake Garda and Mount Baldo and is located within a recently renovated house with only 4 apartments, immersed in nature and tranquility.



Melograno is a spacious two-room apartment on the first floor, with a charming private balcony with a beautiful lake view, where you can spend pleasant moments of relaxation in contact with nature.



It consists of a large living room with a double sofa bed, a dining area with a equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a double bedroom.



The apartment is equipped with all the comforts such as wi-fi connection, safe, air conditioning, a parking space and the use of a common laundry room.



The beautiful garden that extends over several terraces offers the ideal place to enjoy the evening aperitif outdoors while the sun sets. Our guests will also be able to enjoy a beautiful common garden with a barbecue area.



This holiday apartment is an ideal place for both a lake holiday and a hiking holiday.



The centre of the village of Piovere offers a grocery store, a bar, a restaurant pizzeria and a public swimming pool, it is possible to reach the lake in a few minutes by car.



With the Tignale Card you can take advantage of discounts, guided walks and the shuttle bus to the beach during the periods indicated.



To spend a day of fun, the famous parks like Gardaland, Movieland or the Caneva water park, are about 70 km away. Ask us for discounted tickets at check-in.



The tourist tax of Euro 2.00 per person per day is to be paid on site.



Heating is included from the beginning of October to the end of March, outside of these periods on request the cost is € 8.00 per day



It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the electricity of the house.



The accommodation is for a maximum of 4 people including infants. No more than 4 people are ever accepted.
