"Here are our honest opinion and feedback. location is perfect that is also the main reason we picked Urban . The garbage outside Burger king and the urine in the street is not appealing. But I understand that’s outside the perimeter. However, the smell in the hall outside the apartment made a bad first impression. The studio layout is cool and was probably very impressive a long time ago. Since the floor was cold where should have been a carpet on the floor as shown on the web site. I don’t mind some scratch around the apartment since the apartment is old, but the old blood stains in the dirty curtain should be unnecessary. One of the wine glasses had a broken edge that is a bit dangerous as well as the appliances and cutlery being poor. I notice there was people in our apartments on daily basis, but never a coffee tablets nor a bottle of water. A small gesture you expect from a place like this. Regardless, our main issue was the bathroom. The shower was barely working with different types of fungus. Both sinks were clogged(and was not fixed after feedback)after a while our white towel was replaced with grey one , that was not appealing either. The bathroom is something we would expect maybe from a one-star Hotel.
Maybe our expectation was too high, after staying in Frankfurt apartment with similar concept. Here everything was top notch with five stars service."
