Is less than expected. I was in a renewed room but the average are still old and not aligned to an hotel so expensive. Picture on the website of the pool area are not realistic and NO LAUNDRY and bottle of wine per room as advertised on Expedia.

The hotel has good looking lobby area and public patio. However, the room we booked with balcony is dated. The fan in bathroom is loud and noisy. The screen door to balcony is stuck or out of shape and not easy to shut. We stayed on the 2nd floor, every morning we will be woke up by loud footsteps from upstairs and occasionally we can hear next door guest speaking through wall. The main reason we stay in these hotel more than a week is mainly for its proximity to event venue. Other than that, don't think you will need to stay here given there is not much to see and sightseeing nearby. Besides, we accidently made a duplicated booking and cancelled one just 8 mins past policy deadline. Request hotel to waive the first night, $380 penalty but they didn't. A bit disappointed as we stay at this hotel for totally 7 days.

We stayed at the Lodge for three nights and had a wonderful stay. The staff is friendly, the location is right in the center of Tiburon. They have free bikes on the property. We borrowed three and took them to Angel Island and went around the island. Highly recommend!

The property was very rundown and not aligned in value with the price charged. We had upgraded to the double queen balcony and were given a room in the corner next to an outdoor seating area and our balcony view was of the top of a dirty gravel roof. The façade of the lodge is very upscale and fancy making the room quite a shock. The bathroom ceiling looked like it had major water damage and was close to collapsing. The door was unsafe and would often not close without being pulled very hard. I was really hoping this would be a spot. I would return to often.

Good value and super friendly staff. The location is probably as good as it gets; walkable to most of the Tiburon area including the bayside and local supermarkets. Some minor issues: Pool area amenities were unavailable due to maintenance, which unfortunately included some outdoor games we were hoping to use. Floors are thin and shaky and footsteps will easily be heard by the room beneath you.

This place definitely feels more like a motel. Clean but very out dated. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. It was also very noisy. We could hear everything going on in the room next to us. Will pay more for an upgraded hotel next time.

Bed way too hard. Room smelled stale and musty. Lotions were opened and used. If you’re going to charge so much on rates and resort fees you should provide more amenities; such as all channel Options, a sundrie shop to purchase beverage and small snacks.

Great Location
Check-in was seamless, can’t beat the location, room was clean, however, both of our rooms smelled awful, it smelled like turpentine, trying to cover up must. We had to leave the windows open and spray a bunch of perfume to tolerate it. I am also not a fan of Towels, stacked on the toilet, that’s not sanitary. That being said, because of the location, we would probably stay there again.

The beds were delightful, but we did not sleep well due to a noisy heater. Se did not eat there so cannot comment on that. Also there was not much room in the bathroom for women’s toiletry bag. A simple shelf might work or pit a mirror by the desk on the bedroom area for a woman to do her hair and makeup. Thank you.

Very walkable location, near shopping, restaurants and the bay. Unfortunately, we did not receive requested maid service except for one day out of four that we were there. So we did not get clean towels, linens, coffee etc. The TV did not work. The staff came to fix the problem but it only worked temporarily. We did not have good connection much of the time.
