«Mystic River Resort feels like you are staying in the Congo with an amazing staff, food, drinks, and rooms. The rooms do not have AC so we recommend staying here in the winter/spring unless you are used to the humid heat. The excursions available all around are awesome! And the food/drinks within town are amazing and CHEAP! We will definitely be back to the resort in the winter for a cooler experience as we see more temples.»

«An amazing experience! Abdiel, Rita, Ragner, and so many others took such good care of us. Such genuine people at a beautiful resort. Food was great! If you are up early enough you will see a wide variety of birds at breakfast. We even saw a few howler moneys in the evening! We did the ATM tour and appreciated the deep compassion and respect our guide (Ben) had for the history of the archaeological site. We'll be back!»

«Die Loge ist wunderschön in Natur gelegen und hat sogar ein eigenes Wanderpfad. Da wir Mietwagen hatten, war für uns die Lage kein Problem. Wir hatten ein Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmer gemietet, alles war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, obwohl schon bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. «We stayed here on a family vacation with our kids and their 9 month old child. The resort had a pack and play available as well as fridge and microwave. The front desk staff was very accommodating and helped arrange taxi service to the Mayan ruins and calico jacks for zip lining. There are several dining options within easy walking distance and we felt very safe in the area. Residents of the area are very warm and welcoming. The pool bar was a welcome sight at the end of a busy day. »

«The best place to stay in San Ignacio!! The grounds were absolutely beautiful, a little oasis just outside of the town center. The rooms were so clean and the AC was strong which we needed.
