Washer and dryer are free to use for stays of at least 5 days.
Guest Access
You will have private access to the entire house, which includes the main and second floors. This encompasses the open-concept living room, dining area, kitchen, and half-bathroom on the main floor. Upstairs, you have the primary bedroom with its ensuite bathroom, two additional bedrooms, and a second full bathroom with a bathtub. You also have exclusive use of the backyard deck overlooking the stunning pond.

You may park one vehicle in the designated spot on the driveway. Additional street parking is also available. The host parks in the covered garage or on the street.
You have the entire house, main floor open concept living, dining, kitchen areas, deck and half bathroom.
At the 2nd floor, one masters bedroom and two regular bedrooms, one full washroom with bath tub and one full washroom with shower area.
I welcome my guests by saying hello briefly when you check in or has settled in and/or before you leave the property.

House Rules
To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, we ask that you please observe the following rules:
✅ Only registered guests are allowed. The maximum
occupancy is 6 guests.
✅ No parties or events without prior approval from the
host.
✅ No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the house.
Please be aware the smoke detectors are sensitive
and will be triggered.
✅ No illegal substances are allowed on the property.
✅ Please refrain from eating or drinking in the
bedrooms.
✅ Kindly remove shoes worn outside and leave them in
the foyer.
✅ No pets are allowed.
✅ Please report any damage to the host immediately.
Guests are responsible for damages incurred during
their stay.
✅ Please leave the property tidy. Additional cleaning
fees may apply for things like a dirty stove, un-
emptied fridge, or stained carpets.
✅ Guests will be charged for any missing towels, linens,
or other house items.
✅ Before leaving the property at any time and at
checkout, please ensure all lights, televisions, and
appliances are turned off.
✅ Please place all trash in the provided bags and put
them in the correct bins located inside the garage.
Garbage collection is on Wednesday mornings.

Host On-Site: The host lives on-site in a separate basement unit with a private entrance at the back of the property. This ensures your privacy while allowing the host to be readily available to respond to any needs or requests.
Security: For your safety and security, there are exterior security cameras on the property.
Long-Term Stays: This property is available for long-term rentals. This is subject to the submission of IDs, credit reports, a rental application, and the signing of a rental agreement.
