«Too expensive»

«This is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. Although breakfast isn't included, that wasn't an issue for our family at all. The property is clean, cozy, and very well maintained. We stayed in a room with direct access to the pool and garden, and it was definitely the best choice. Being able to step right outside and enjoy the beautiful surroundings made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again!»

«The lobby looks great and modern. That's the only part of the hotel that is. I've stayed in Sandman hotels before and this one is very out-dated, not upto what I was expecting from Sandman. There was no mention of a room airconditioning unit which was very loud, in fact had to turn it off to sleep. Then was hot because of no air conditioning. Staff was very helpful and understanding when we checked out the next day. Just a little disappointing for us as we had higher expectations from ...

«Staff was kind and quick to bring air freshener when someone was smoking outside our room and was quick to want to talk to them to go off property to do that which we appreciated. Quiet and very close to lots of amenities. Air conditioning worked great. Could hear the people above us moving around is the only complaint. More towels upon arrival as well would have been great haha.»

«We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Our room was newly renovated and was fantastic. Location was great, just off Hwy 97 as you enter into Penticton. Steps away from a private ( quiet) Beach. In our room we had a fridge/ freezer, microwave, coffee maker, dishes,kettle really anything you would need. There is a BBQ for use and plenty of outdoor seating. Ashley the manager was absolutely wonderful. She was so helpful with some needs that we had wanted. I would definitely stay here ...

«If I could give this room less than zero stars, I would. The room was awful, and so was the “view.” We were promised a room with a view, but instead our window looked directly at a white wall. There was absolutely nothing to see except a blank wall a few feet away, which made the room feel dark and enclosed. «I really enjoyed my stay at Shoreline. The staff were wonderful, kind and very helpful. I love that the resort was pet friendly. They allowed my black pug to stay in the room with great AC to keep him cool while I was out. The resort is close to all the fun things, the ice cream shop (huge potions and great flavours), the bouncy castle on OK lake, a shaded green space for dogs, and close to downtown for the Saturday farmers market.
