Hoteller nær Thorn Preserve - Catskill Center

«Our room and the common spaces were clean and cozy. Breakfast was lovely and our non-dairy needs were able to be accommodated. We didn’t interact much with any staff but each process was such a breeze that we really didn’t need to. The hotel is in such a great, central location and is an easy walk to restaurants, shopping, and scenic spots.»

«I like the camper idea but before someone stay in the unit have to make sure everything is perfect! because isn’t cheap.»

«We thought that the setting was very nice but we had some issues. Not all of the blinds closed. The soap/body wash/shampoo dispensers were faulty and we had to remove the dispensers in order to use. Couldn’t regulate the heat and were either cold or hot. There was a family with children above us and there was constant thumping from above. The construction of the place did not provide for adequate noise mitigation. I think if we had stayed one night,or even two, it might not have been as ...

«One female receptionist on duty spoiled our initial experience to the point of no return. We called ahead for early check in availability and were told that it would cost $50 per hour. We said we'd drive up and see what time we got there. We were there at ~ 1:45 pm. I asked what time we could check in and without even checking the availability she told me abruptly " Check in is at 3:00pm.!" I checked online, there were 7 identical rooms to mine vacant. Continental breakfast.....The ...

«The grounds and rooms and decor are very upscale Catskill and nice. I really enjoyed the many amenities available all day, including: games; coffee and tea; s'more kits; the fire pit that was well tended (and there was also an outdoor fireplace), the gas fireplace in the room and the small touches even in terms of encouraging a relaxing shower and the noise-cancelling machine in room - just very thoughtful touches everywhere.»

«Great space to comfortable fit a family of 4.»

«Our stay at the Rhinecliff Hotel was great! The view is amazing and the hotel was wonderful. Our room was beautiful and clean and had all the amenities we needed (hair dryer, steamer, extra towels, etc.). Checking in and out of the hotel was so easy. Would definitely stay here again!»

«nice and clean - large room»

«Beautiful Location. Clean room, staff was very helpful. Food options where very limited.»

«The Howland House was situated in the most perfect spot in the Catskill Mountains! Very clean property, outstanding staff who never say no and go out of their way to help you.... The only thing I didn't care for, but not really a big deal, was that we had to share the 2 bathrooms down the hall with two other rooms. While the bathrooms were nice, they just weren't in the room we were staying in due to being sold out of the rooms with. The restaurant, Oliver's, was quite lovely and attached to the ...

«The breakfast could have been better.»

«Great vibe, location and food! Personell were a bit varied in quality when it comes to service... some went above and beyond, whereas some didn't have all the antennas on re expectations from guests... but the ones who did made up for those who didn't 😊»
