Was fortunate to find a room while traveling in Augusta as everything in the area was booked due to the Masters Tournament. The desk staff was friendly, but I paid a high price for a substandard motel room. Had clean sheets and towels, but the room was in sad shape with cigarette burns on the bed covers. Quality is not a term that applies.

The hotel is older and the area around the rooms is dirty. We had to lug heavy suitcases up outside stairs because they have no elevator. Dining options are very limited.

Our first impression was great’ based on the receptive management and employees, the rating would be 5 star. The bed was comfortable, clean and odor free. There were no bugs present in the room—which is often difficult in Georgia. However, other aspects of the property are concerning. The area immediately across the parking lot from our room was the drive thru for not just one, but 2 fast food restaurants. We could easily hear the workers taking orders. One day there was a person sleeping and awake in their car—for hours-/at the back end of the hotel. Somewhat disconcerting. Within the room the molding around the floors was filthy—needing to be cleaned and painted. Similarly the sink was in rusty ill repair, and the tub needed a thorough scrubbing as it had stains from use. There was a clump of hair on the wall of the shower—that was not ours, as well as other hair in places that should have been cleaned. The use of a string mop from room to room gave us pause, moving one rooms dirt to the next—but, there is the plus of no carpet in the room. Overall, nice people running a hotel that needs a cleaning overhaul.

Will never stay again
I would not recommend this location at all. Make sure you get your license back from the attendant. The rooms floor leaked, water was coming up from it. The whole place smelled like mold. We choose to leave early. Tried to tell the manager about the problems however, he could care less about anything I was saying. We will never stay there again.

First room a/c didn't work. Nice lady at desk moved us. Breakfast was closed too early and not a hot one. Waffle House across street was closed. At night, building next to us was being pressure washed. Security was good. It's definitely a one or two star (a stretch) place.

Remodeling but still needs upgrades
Place is remodeling so I had room they haven’t fully gotten too yet so it wasn’t the best the beds were newer so they were good comfortable but floor terrible some flooring I’ve never seen and was dirty not mopped in long time shower was small I’m 6-1 had to tuck to wash my hair and popcorn ceiling was falling down and enough hair in shower drain to make a wig uuug disgusting also toilet seat broke missing bolt to secure it to toilet told them they didn’t fix it but like I said there remodeling so hopefully they take care of the issues

The room was in bad condition with holes in the wall and outlets that were so old a plug wouldn’t stay in them. It smelled of harsh chemicals and stale cigarettes. I traveled with a coworker who had a separate room and it was no different other than the toilet did not function properly.

there is no good sign road side nor on office -no office or lobby; instead you check in in a dingy supply room cluttered and dirty. Entire building undergoing reconstruction . Can’t find it, don’t look!
Couldn’t find the place! The sign up in the sky says Quality Inn but the paper sign on the door says different! The office is in one of the guest rooms! The first Room the fridge, microwave and tv didn’t work until we found the power strip behind them wasn’t plugged in. After plugging it in the TV had sound but no picture. The smoke detector was broken off the wall so we were moved to another room where that smoke detector wasn’t working but at least everything else works. The floor tiles were coming off the floor and there was a big leak in the room. The sink didn’t drain either.

We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which result in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel. We do not allow smoking in common areas at all and we will be implementing stricter measures in the future. Thank you.

No pets
Horrible experience with the front desk of this hotel. Booked in advance, on arrival the sign on the window said no pets, $250 fine. No warning of this while booking. Front desk tools me that it is not his problem and refused to refund me when I told him I had pets. Hotel.com would not assist, saying this is at the discretion of the hotel.

Did not stay at hotel. Had a real hard time finding it, because they changed the name to Quality Inn & then when we went to check in, not only was the name changed but so did the pet policy...they did not allow pets. So after driving 14 hours, we had to drive around some more to find another hotel.

Customer service tried to help with extra bedding. Rooms were booked with 1 King, 1 pull out sofa bed - told at arrival that rooms were updated and sofa bed no longer included - no arrangements for other rooms available and had to sleep on the floor. Don't even try with breakfast - just serve coffee.

Didn’t get the room I reserved. No solution. Bought our own mattress. Floors sticky and not clean. Remote for the tv had a certain stickiness to it as well. Didn’t replace towels after the first night. Why come in for the towels and do nothing else to the room? Seems like they are just holding on and it’s being converted to a Quality Inn…anything but.

Great room for the price remodeled clean
Very nice place remodeled clean comfortable bed the owner was very nice and they have huge parking lot for tractor trailers I carry a livestock trailer I didn't have any problem. Nice place really I was surprised. Room with any different than hotels I pay a lot more for very comfortable and clean.

Light bulbs missing from lamps, changed rooms because the heat/air did not work. Mattresses stacked up behind the place. Could have been better.

I did not stay there. When searching and booking through Expedia, I searched for pet friendly hotels. This hotel was listed in my search. I chose this hotel based on the price. After traveling all day and arriving at the motel, the first thing that I noticed was that the motel was being remodeled and furniture and materials were stacked in and out of boxes in front of every room . There was another guest checking in and I waited outside due to social distancing and the office being stacked with boxes. I noticed a sign on the office window that said " pet friendly. 10 dollar fee". I counted out $10 cash to pay for my pet as the room charge had already been paid through Expedia. When I went inside to check in, I gave him my name and handed him my &10 for the pet fee. He looked at me and said " we do not allow pets" I stated that Expedia said you do and you have a sign here right in front of me that says you do. He said, we changed our policy and took the sign down. No need to explain the following events as I was extremely tired and had already paid " non refundable" Expedia also has not as of yet refunded my money.
