This property needs serious update. The furniture in our room was shabby and very worn down. There was even a huge top to bottom crack in our window that had been patched, they had not replaced the window. Our bathroom was pretty much clean, but still very old and shabby. The worst part was the carpet right outside the bathroom was wet and soggy the entire stay. When we tried to turn on the lamps, only one worked. We had to swap out a bulb and put it into another lamp to make it work. The stay was almost laughable in the issues that we experienced. The redeeming quality would be the bed linens were clean in the bed was remotely comfortable. The breakfast items were sparse, and the staff was helping themselves when we were trying to eat but we were able to cobble something together.

The tub was dirty with hair from others. Carpet worn and stained. The beds were ok but hard.

Bed was way to soft for me. Property needs updating but it was clean. Staff was very helpful and excited to see the customers with a full house for tha Masters. A little TLC would bring this back to life.

I will start by saying the staff at both check in and check out were friendly, efficient and helpful. The counter in the front lobby was definitely too high for them to see over and for me to speak with them. The staff working in the breakfast buffet were very nice, knew their job, and offered a variety of breakfast food. But the rooms were ready for a redo 15 years ago!! The drapes didn’t close all the way and there appeared to be a grease stain of some sort on the valance. The metal parts of the lamps were pitted/rusted and the shades were damaged and or soiled. The wood furniture was all banged up. The room had a small kitchenette with the counter surrounding the sink severely stained and damaged. The cleaning staff were excellent in asking if I needed anything as I stayed 4 nights. Very friendly. Dogs are allowed to stay and there were two within my room area as both were barking which surprised me. The computer area was front and center at the front desk which was helpful for use. From what I saw, the staff did the very best to accommodate me. I did book Expedia for the first three days and paid Comfort Inn for the fourth day. Management/Owners needs to work a system to update the rooms and hallways so the staff can be proud to do their job to the best of their ability.

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel definitely tried to do some cosmetic upgrades but there were some of shortcomings. Shower curtain was moldy, towels stained and had hair in them, paint was badly chipped off the wall, the door to the room didn't close properly/was off frame, lots of stains in carpet, smelled like smoke and other unpleasant things. Hopefully they will continue to improve the property, it is one of the better places to stay in the area.

It sits behind a rundown restaurant and is somewhat inconvenient to get to, winding through the old restaurant. A bit bumpy winding back to the hotel.

Outdated. Not terrible but not great. Sink in bathroom had water going everywhere but out of spout. Fridge and freezer didn’t work well. Bed uncomfortable.

We came on from Orlando, The first room 214 yeah it wasn't as up to parr had a door issue that couldn't be fixed and it looked like at the bottom someone pried at the door. We were moved with no issues to room 215 same floor just across the way. That room was 10x better. Only lil hiccup the comforter had a big ass burn hole on it. I didn't notice till that morning. They swapped out my comforter ez-pz The staff was amazing, Hey OSCAR I remember your name. The ladies at the front desk are amazing. Ms/Mrs Annie and the other lady thank you for breakfast each morning. Thank you to the staff who cleaned the rooms they are so nice and sweet. The room was as priced and we paid for both dogs 🐕 $25 each. If we come back we will stay here again. Convenient to a lot of fast food Krystals, McDonald's, Burger King, Bojangles, Tacobell, gas stations you name it. We came to visit Graves Mountain ⛰️ had a blast digging for minerals/stones/ rocks.

Could not get a 2 PM check out.
Terrible. In town for a 4pm wedding. The hotel was not 1/4 full the night before. Asked for a 2 pm check out. This seemed to be a big deal. The best they would do was noon without charging a full additional day. Agreed to the noon time. Then our keys stopped working at 11pm. It a $120 hotel. More like a $50 motel.

In general, the property needs a little TLC. Broken, stained cabinets, ceilings, etc. The staff was nice. Easy check in/out. Not too loud.
