«Amazing hotel! Warm greeting and great drinks at their cocktail bar. Room was beautiful, elegant and I loved the decor. Breakfast was included and absolutely wonderful, loved the overnight oats & frittata. Will definitely be returning! My only slight complaint was that the steps walking down to Biltmore Ave. were steep, uneven and no handrail. I didn’t have any issues with them but it felt a little treacherous any time we had to use them. »

«The staff and restaurant was great. However, when we arrived in our room the bed pillows had several hairs on them. I called the front desk and they promptly sent hospitality to resolve. We had no other issues during our stay. We loved also the convenience of everything being within walking distance too.»

We were celebrating our 40th Anniversary and appreciated the extra touches and hospitality from inn keepers Cherie and Dean. Great breakfasts, lovely happy hour on the front porch with wine and cheese, fresh flowers and fresh-baked treats! We go to Asheville periodically as we live nearby. We normally stay at the Grove Park Inn which has great amenities, but this well-run bed and breakfast provided a more intimate ...

«Very clean, smelt amazing, staff super nice and seemed to actually care that you were there, room was amazing with great views, pillows and bed were perfect, and breakfast was good. Coffee with all the fixings is out all day which was super nice and it was really good coffee! 10/10 would stay again. Paid parking sucks but still cheap compared to other hotels. Prefect location close to downtown. »
