Blir ikke bedre enn dette!
Utmerket hotell med alt du forventer av et 5 stjernes hotell. Dårlige bademuligheter, men det gjelder hele området. Fantastisk utsikt og nærhet til sjøen. Supert basseng. 3 restauranter på resorten, alle med fantastisk bra mat. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake! Skal du til Kovalam er dette uten tvil det beste stedet å bo.

I stayed here for a night and WiFi sucked. After charging more than 20,000rs it sucks that WiFi is old fashioned. Staff didn’t take care much! I won’t stay here again.

This is not a 5 star property. It is 4 stars maximum and some aspects I would rate as 3 stars. The pool is badly in need of retiling. The tiles would come off under fingers and toes and they are very sharp. I’ve only stayed at one other Taj property and it was amazing. This one is terribly overpriced for what it is. The staff are doing their best and were very attentive but given I stayed at 2 Hyatts in recent weeks, this place really comes up short and I felt terribly ripped off.

Had an exceptional one-night stay at Taj Green Cove in Kovalam! The waterfront setting is breathtaking, and the service is truly top-notch. The room was luxurious, with every detail attended to, and the dining options were diverse and delicious. The staff's hospitality made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommend for a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury!

Good service but rooms are not as good as they appear on the internet. They don't provide more than couple of pictures of the rooms on the net. Bathrooms are small and outdated. For a five star property, they are tacky and inconvenient. No direct beach access. Nice walkways and greenery.

Wonderful staff who provide every assistance whatever the query or issue may be. The property has a unique aspect and a private beach which makes for a peaceful experience of the Indian Ocean. The food is wonderful. Never feels crowded. The complimentary morning yoga was a treat.

Checking was disaster. They never informed I need to carry passport and visa in email. So I have to search and gets docs. Also very less beach area with rough sea, so not good. I felt like a forest space than star hotel. Rooms are under like a cave. Charges are very very high for all dining. Pool is not st all deep for adults and only one pool for guests. I was in resorts in Puetoricco and Aruba (Hilton Gardens). Compared to those this is at a low standard. Also you need to cross public road to get access to other beach side area which makes it uncomfortable. Didnt like it. Wont go again.

The ambience and the cozy feeling of the property was excellent. Loved the cottage feel of the rooms, the Morning breakfast and Beach side dinner. All staffs were very friendly and knowledgeble. I already recommended this place to my friends and family. We didnt like our beds as it was very soft. Also bedsheets were lightly dusted as my mom is allergic to dust. We called from room service to ask for changing sheets and drinking water and no one showed up. No service was available other than buggy rides. Water bottles kept there were dated from april2021(expiry date).

The best thing about the property was the staff. Extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing was impossible for them. In particular Pooja and Sanal were outstanding. The gym was not open and for me, that was the only real downside.

Property overall good, the cottage we stayed in was good but the bathroom was bit aged. For the price I paid, I do appreciate it was their high season but I expect very high standard of the cottage. Staff were excellent and the rest of the facilities and the restaurants were very very good.

Rien a redire de ce resort TAJ....tout est parfait même si les puristes diront qu’un petit coup de jeune ne ferait pas de mal. Vraiment il est difficile à 8 degrés Nord de garder tout au top. Le Cove Garden est exceptionnel tout comme son personnel d’un professionnalisme hors pair. Merci à TAJ COVE GARDEN pour ce merveilleux séjour

Poor quality, overpriced food, beautiful lagoon
This is a tired hotel. Rooms have dust and the quality of fixtures, fittings and furniture (apart from the bed which is outstanding) is of poor quality. The breakfast is of limited choice, the same every day and of very poor quality ingredients. Food overall apart from the Bait restaurant is poor quality and extremely overpriced. Unfortunately the so-called ‘high tea’ is again of very poor quality - plastic jars of Bournvita and Horlicks are not 5*. The swimming pool is very small and quite shallow. Quickly becomes crowded and not much fun. The whole place has European 5* hotel prices without anywhere near the quality. The only redeeming feature is the lagoon and nearby sea area which are beautiful, especially at sunset.
