Very good
The property was very good and clean. The manager was very nice and cooperative. Reading the emails the property sends prior to check in very well is important because one thing we got surprised with was that there is no elevator and the mini bar was empty. The more expensive sea-view option was not worth it. All in all it was a very good stay and very good property.

Thank you for your review. As we are in a traditional area, with traditional buildings, we do not have elevator and this is written in our description. Also we do not have mini bar. You should not expected something like that. We have breakfast buffet 8.30-10.30 every day and free coffee and tee all day. Hope to see you again. Now you know what we have to offer and you will be more than happy.

Wonderful and comfortable hotel at great price
We had a wonderful stay at Kripis Studio, everything was perfect! Great service from Olga and her staff, very comfortable room, super clean and well equipped, really delicious breakfast. Taxi from the White tower to the hotel only 3.5 Euro, or bus 1 Euro with a stop right by the hotel. Also can walk, a very nice stroll. We were a family of five and were very comfortable in apartment 5. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will most definitely return!

Lovely and spacious room
I loved all the guides and tips provided to us via email after booking to make it easier for us upon arrival. Parking is quite tricky after 5pm and the surrounding streets can be really narrow and steep. It gets a bit of road traffic noise and it’s a 20-30 mins walk to the city centre. Otherwise it wasn’t a problem for us and we had a pleasant stay.

Moeilijk om een minpunt te vinden. Goed!
Voor zo'n kleine accommodatie was dit echt heel goed geregeld. Het ontbijt was best uitgebreid. 's middags stond er vaak nog koffie met een hapje klaar. Zeer goede schoonmaak. Een stuk buiten het toeristische gebied, maar wel met hele leuke restaurantjes in de buurt die uitkijken over de stad. De weg naast de accommodatie is wel wat druk. Dit merk je wel als je aan de voorkant van het gebouw verblijft. Als je het niet erg vind om met de bus of lopend naar het centrum te gaan is dit een aanrader.

Il lato “negativo” è che si trova nel cuore di Anaopoli, che è sì un quartiere suggestivo, ma ha vie ripide e strette (quindi non è semplice se avete l’auto ...). Non c’è poi un servizio reception, anche se il gestore è molto sollecito nel rispondere al telefono e ci ha mandato una serie di mails con tutte le istituzioni utili ... Per il resto, la struttura e’ pulita ed in ottime condizioni, camere spaziose, cucina equipaggiata, TV anche con Netflix e colazione discreta. Ok il prezzo.

I liked how clean the studio was. I liked that we were able to get on on time. I didn’t like the parking situation. We were able to find a space.

Thank you for your review. Parking in our area is free, in public places. Reservatin is not possible. If you come until 4.00pm you can easily find parking spot in the road in frond of us. Later you can use the map I send you and find parking places in the smaller roads arround.

(o) Few or no staff on site, but emails guided us into our room and through other steps. (-) We found a parking spot in front to the hotel, but had to use the cat once, and finding another parking spot was horrible. (o) View of city and harbor from our room was wonderful. (o) one small restaurant, bakery, and market nearby. Alternative restaurant took some searching, but was worth it.

Petit mais OK C'est le bruit extérieur qui donne à cet établissement une très très mauvaise note car cela dure toute la nuit à cause des motards qui font la course eN mettant les gaz au maximum et ce jusque 04 h du matin. Forage à partir de 08 h du matin même le dimanch. Nettoyage intérieur de l'escalier à partir de 06h15 du matin, ce n'est plus de la propreté mais de la maniaquerie. Essuis gris et non blanc. Bref, le bruit est l'occupation principale des Grecs. PLUS JAMAIS

Το πρωινό μας είναι πολύ πλούσιο, σπιτικό και Ελληνικό. Ο μπουφές του πρωινού σερβίρεται στο χώρο της ρεσεψιόν, καθημερινά από τις 08:30πμ έως τις 10:30πμ. Χρησιμοποιήστε ένα πιάτο από το δωμάτιό σας για να μεταφέρετε τα υλικά του πρωινού. Στο δωμάτιό σας, μπορείτε να προετοιμάσετε τον καφέ σας. (Ελληνικός καφές, Nescafe ή Nespresso). Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Fotos! Einzig der Lärm zur Strasse war auch bei geschlossenem Fenster extrem. Dies wird je nach Appartement unterschiedlich sein. Da dies das einzig freie Appartement war, konnten wir auf kein anderes ausweichen.

A comfortable, good value stay
I stayed 3 nights in the split level apartment number 4. As I was travelling solo I didn't use the upstairs part, but it looked well set out. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well furnished with table and chairs, fridge and coffee maker. There was also a balcony with a nice view. Breakfast was basic but adequate. The location is a little away from the major things to do but that was fine because there was a supermarket and restaurant nearby and I like walking anyway. For the price, this is very good value.

Πολύ ικανοποιητικό στούντιο στη παλιά πόλη!!!!
Πρόκειται για ένα συμπαθητικό στούντιο που έχει ότι μπορεί να χρειαστεί ένας ταξιδιώτης. Καθαρό και βολικό με ένα πρωινό απρόσμενα καλό. Νόστιμο και υπεραρκετό!! Αρνητικό στοιχείο ότι ο χώρος ζεσταίνεται με ένα μικρό κλιματιστικό.

Ευχαριστούμε για τα σχόλιά σας. Το κλιματιστικό είναι inverter και επαρκεί για την θέρμανση του χώρου. Άλλωστε τώρα πια όλα τα καταλύματα θερμαίνονται με κλιματισμό. Τις δύσκολες μέρες του χειμώνα που η εξωτερική θερμοκρασία πέφτει στους 2 βαθμούς Κελσίου, ανάβει και το καλοριφέρ. Θα χαρούμε να σας φιλοξενήσουμε ξανά.

Παγωμένο δωμάτιο χωρίς πάρκινγκ δικό του
Για να κλείσω δωμάτιο έβαλα φιλτρο δωρεάν πάρκινγκ . Ένα από αυτά είναι και το Kripis που έκλεισα .Με περίμενε όμως δυσάρεστη έκπληξη γιατί υπέθεσα ότι έχει δικό του πάρκινγκ δωρεάν ,αλλά έκανα λάθος δεν έχει .Στο δρόμο το πάρκινγκ δεν το συζητάμε πιο εύκολα πιάνεις το λαχείο .Οσο για το δωμάτιο μόλις μπήκα ήτανε παγωμένο (αρχές Δεκεμβρίου του 2018 έγινε η κράτηση με 6 βαθμούς Κελσίου εξωτερική θερμοκρασία )

Είναι γνωστό ότι στο κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης, το πάρκινγκ χρεώνεται πλεον σε όλους στους δημόσιους χώρους. Το κατάλυμά μας, βρίσκεται ακριβώς πάνω από το κέντρο, με το προνόμιο να μην χρεώνεται ακόμα η στάθμευση στους δημόσιους χώρους. Συνήθως μπορείτε να βρείτε πολύ εύκολα ένα χώρο στάθμευσης εάν έρθετε πριν από τις 4.00-5.00 μ.μ. Οι σταθεροί πελάτες μας, μας προτιμούν ακριβώς για αυτό το λόγο. Τώρα αν εσείς περιμένατε με τα 40 ευρώ που πληρώσατε για το δίκλινο με το πρωινό, να είχαμε και χώρο στάθμευσης με παρκαδόρο μάλλον δεν έχετε σωστή εικόνα της αγοράς της Θεσσαλονίκης. Η θέρμανση γίνεται με κλιματισμό, όπως στα περισσότερα καταλύματα. Μέσα σε 5 λεπτά λειτουργίας, επιτυγχάνεται η επιθυμητή θερμοκρασία. Όταν η εξωτερική θερμοκρασία πέφτει υπό το 0, υπάρχει κεντρική θέρμανση,

We had Room Nr 2. Clean but very small. Location is nice and quiet, far from the City Center. Bus stops in front of the facility, very convenient. No 24/7 reception but the owner is available on phone and/or e-mail and the communication is good. Negatives: You have to literally fold yourself into the bathroom in order to take a shower. Breakfast is served in the tiny entrance area, guests are jamming in front of the small benches. Wall jackets and bedside lamp only on one side of the small double bed. Not recommended for long stay and for people who need some space to feel comfortable.

Bijzonder hulpvaardig
Helaas begon ons verblijf met een val incl botbreuk. Olga was zeer hulpvaardig en bood zelfs aan mee te gaan naar het ziekenhuis. Ze regelde alles midden in de nacht. Heel fijn!

Awesome Loft in Old Town.
Very homely and hospitable. Incredible location in old town. Easy check in after hours. Fresh pastries and coffee inside. Quick walk to the city centre. Had no problem finding parking although streets are a bit narrow. Also a restaurant around the corner open til midnight. CONS: none. This place surpasses my expectations.

La nostra camera è forse la più piccola ed economica. C'è veramente poco spazio ma comunque è presente un angolo cottura con fornello elettrico, fornetto elettrico, lavello, frigorifero, qualche pentola, stoviglie. Caffettiera americana con i filtri, caffettiera elettrica a capsule e un bollitore. Piccola fornitura di bustine di the, caffè vari, marmellatina, burro, biscotti vari per la colazione. Al momento della prenotazione trasmettono svariate email con consigli turistici e per gli spostamenti, istruzioni di ingresso se si arriva di notte con il codice sulla pulsantiera esterna, password per il wifi, indicazioni per il parcheggio. DI fatto abbiamo fatto tutto senza "vedere" la proprietaria ma via mail o telefono. Per il parcheggio, che occorre trovare lungo le stradine vicine, mandano una piantina con le zone a parcheggio libero colorate in giallo. Noi abbiamo avuto fortuna e abbiamo parcheggiato davanti. La zona è carina perché è la parte antica della città con stradine contorte ed in salita costeggiate da casette caratteristiche. Certo non è la Salonicco elegante ma è quello che volevamo. I servizi igienici sono in miniatura e il lavabo non so se raggiunge i 40 x 25 centimetri! The room itself was large and clean. As other guests mentioned, Be prepared for a long walk to city center, and uphill back, but not too bad. One challenge, the apartment is not sound proofing. You may hear activities from the next room, but the real challenge - the street nonstop traffic, near a major street. It would be okay, if you don’t care about that.

Good value for money!
It was just one day staying for us, but everything went really well. Very friendly and quick responsive staff. They made us some really good recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the city. It is located on a small, quiet street. Overall I think it was a good value for the money.

Superbe adresse!
Superbe studio, très bien équipé. Si possible, demander un studio sur l'arrière du bâtiment (il y en a 3 sur 5) car ils ont une superbe vue sur la baie et la ville de Thessalonique! L'emplacement est idéal, proche de la citadelle et sur la ligne 23 du bus: arrêt au pied de la maison.Le quartier, hors des "sentiers touristiques" regorge de jolies maisons et petits sanctuaires, sans oublier les superbes tavernes fréquentées par les gens du quartier: c'est très bon, et pas cher: que du bonheur!! Adresse à conseiller et à retenir.

Spacious home in the Old town
The apartment was with huge verand. We was there during the biggest holiday for the Orthodox - Easter. The apartment was very close to the beautiful church. The city wall is on walking distance and you can enjoy the view of Thessaloniki and there are some nice taverns. We ware welcomed with colored eggs, some sweets and there was free shots of vodka. The apartment was with huge veranda. Cleaning and changing of towels was on daily basis.
