Come and discover this charming house located in Thenon, close to the Lascaux IV parietal art centre and in a calm environment, ideal for you to recharge your batteries.



You will appreciate its large garden with a swimming pool (open from 15 May to 15 September and can be secured on request) and barbecue as well as its shaded terrace, perfect for sharing moments of relaxation with family or friends.



Ideal for a family or friends' getaway, the house can accommodate up to 8 travellers. The accommodation consists of the main house as well as a cottage with a bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The accommodation has a through bedroom, with the possibility of locking it. The kitchen and living space remain accessible from outside.



Upon your arrival, you will discover a first lounge area with sofas and armchairs, conducive to friendly evenings. You can have your meals around the indoor table or enjoy the outdoor furniture.



The kitchen, open to the second lounge with its decorative fireplace and fully equipped (gas hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher), provides you with everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, you will find a toaster, a kettle as well as a filter coffee maker.



On the night side, the accommodation has 4 bedrooms:



- Room 1 (through room): a king size bed (180 / 200) with its en-suite bathroom (shower and WC)

- Room 2: a queen size bed (160 / 200)

- Room 3: two single beds (90 / 190)

- Room 4 (in the cottage): a double bed (140 / 200) with its en-suite bathroom (shower and WC)



Another bathroom and an independent toilet complete the accommodation. For added comfort, a washing machine and an iron are at your disposal.



You will be able to park up to 3 vehicles on the private car park of the accommodation.
