Welcome to The Caddy Shack, where the fun never stops! Whether you are here to play some golf or just kick back and relax, our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom getaway is designed for pure entertainment. Golfers will feel right at home. We’ve included a 4 seater golf cart for your use, making it a breeze to cruise around The Villages, and get to your favorite golf courses. Need to work on your short game? We have a practice putting mat ready for you on the porch. After a long day of golf nothing feels better than jumping in a pool or lounge on the patio with a cold drink. Caddy Shack is a hole in one vacation spot!
The Space:
Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: The master suite comes with a king bed. You'll also enjoy having access to your own bathroom and walk in closet.
Bedroom 2 & 3: Offers very comfortable queen beds, and sport their own smart tvs.
Bathrooms:
Bathroom 1: En-suite in master bedroom. Has a double sink area so both can set up their toiletries without worrying about running out of space. You will also enjoy a beautifully tiled walk in shower!
Bathroom 2: Sits between bedroom 2 & 3. It offers a shower and bathtub combo to fit your preference, along with giving you enough space to get ready for an evening out on the square!
Guest Access:
Guests of The Caddy Shack will have full access to the entire house. Enjoy the private heated pool, perfect for a refreshing swim any time of day. The included 4 seater golf cart is at your disposal, offering convenient transportation around The Villages and to nearby golf courses and town squares. You'll also have access to the driveway for parking and the backyard for relaxation. Inside, you'll find all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen.

Kick off your vacation a little sooner! Want to get settled and start relaxing early? We offer a Priority Early Check In at 2:00 PM (two hours before our standard 4:00 PM time) for a small fee of $20.
This goes directly toward coordinating an expedited turnover with our cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure the home is sparkling and ready for your arrival. Just let us know if you'd like to add this to your stay!
Priority Check Out:
Not a morning person? We get it! Skip the rushed packing and enjoy one last slow breakfast. We offer a Late Check Out at 12:00 PM (standard is 10:00 AM) for just $20.
This fee allows us to bring in a larger cleaning team to ensure the home is still perfectly prepped for our next guests on a tighter timeline. Treat yourself to those extra two hours of relaxation!
