There are many Country Clubs nearby that serve excellent meals, offer entertainment and beautiful views. The Havana Country Club is 2 miles away. If you have never stayed in The Villages you are in for a treat! There are hundreds of activities to choose from, most of which are free with a Residential/guest ID (which is included in your booking). If you are looking for activities there are numerous Recreation Centers nearby that offer swimming pools (nearest adult pool is ½ mile and nearest family pool is approximately 1.5miles), tennis, pickle ball, sand and water volleyball, billiards, air guns, archery, horseshoes, corn toss, nature trails and many golf courses just to name a few!!!!
The home is bright and cheerful. It has cathedral ceilings, brand new flooring and granite countertops throughout. It has a split floor plan which is ideal if you have guests. The Master bedroom has a queen sized bed, his/her walk in closets, a double sink, a fabulous custom floor to ceiling tile shower and a private lavatory room. On the other side of the house are two bedrooms and a guest bath with a sliding pocket door to give this suite more privacy. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and access to the beautiful enclosed lanai, which can seat 6 people comfortably. Bedroom #3 has two twin beds and an office station including a wireless printer. The front porch is screened in, a perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee and greet your neighbors. This room seats 4 people. The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining. The dining room table seats 6 people and there are two barstools at the kitchen island. The living room is comfortable with a swivel rocker recliner and 2 loveseats each with 2 recliners.
The owner provides a full home for your enjoyment, fully stocked with all utensils needed for cooking, all towels and bedding, 6 ceiling fans and also a spacious two car garage and extended driveway. There is high speed internet/Wi-Fi provided with three flat screen televisions. This home is on a quiet, safe street with wonderful neighbors. It is less than a five minute drive to grocery stores (Publix, Aldi, Winn-Dixie, a Walmart Market and Lowes.
There is no smoking allowed but we do welcome 1 dog pet in the home! We do not provide a golf cart with this property but there are many places in the Villages that rent.
