    This warm and cozy home is located in the village of Alhambra which is close to the Savannah Center recreation center and located between Lake Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs. Room for 6 with 1 king size bed in the master and 2 queen sized beds in the other bedrooms. Every bedroom has it's own television as well.

    This is an all inclusive rental with all linens, paper products, laundry supplies and premium TV package that includes STARZ, Showtime, MGM+ and Paramount+ . It also includes a 2 seat gas golf cart for use during your stay.

Everything was perfect , Kevin is an amazing host, the neigbohour is quiet and peaceful, we have also appreciated the pool’s access and the golf cart included with the rental. Trust me Kevin and his home that will be a perfect choice fort a family.

Owner was extremely welcoming, ensuring that we had all information about the house and location. Checked on several occasions to ensure we had everything we needed. House was just as advertised and everything we wanted. Loved location of the property. We intend to go back! It was great!

Great house with a wonderful renter

This place was great. Everything yiu could think of needing was provided by Kevin and was neatly organized. He was very attentive to evrything , and just a great guy. He was awesome to rent from. This location was amazing. Close to lots of shopsans restaurants.

Kevin's place was great. Super cute, very clean, tons of linen and with nice comfort touches. Even better, Kevin is still making improvements.

We stayed 28 nights and everything was awesome! Very clean and well kept. Kevin of course made our stay better than we expected . Our first time renting through VRBO. And because of Kevin hopefully we get a chance stay there again soon. Thank you Kevin for everything!!

Great getaway!

My parents spent a month and had a wonderful time. Kevin was extremely helpful with answering their questions and helping them around the house get acquainted. I was there for a week. The Villages is a little piece of heaven!

Amazing property and an equally amazing host

I had a wonderful time in this beautiful property. In The Villages and Kevin went out of his way to help me in my real estate search when he didn’t need to. He seems to truly enjoy helping his tenants understand what they need to know about The Villages and he keeps immaculate, very nicely, decorated, and landscaped properties in beautiful areas of the villages at an extremely reasonable price!

Saved our trip!

This was a true class act! Best experience I have ever had with VRBO stay! Greatest communication with owner ever! Kevin was awesome feel free to book with him you'll be well taken care of! Great location for multiple executive golf courses within a 5-12 min cart ride. Also close to many good restaurants. I am going back to Kevin's place again next year. Been renting from VRBO for a decade this was best owner to deal with ever! Thank You Kevin!!!
