The primary bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed, a smart TV, and a private ensuite bathroom for added convenience and privacy. The second bedroom offers two full beds along with its own TV, making it perfect for families or groups traveling together. The third bedroom includes a dedicated workspace, ideal for remote work or catching up on tasks while away.

This home is ideally located to enjoy everything The Villages has to offer across two main categories, town squares and golf.

Lake Sumter Landing sits along the lake with a classic town-square feel, a movie theatre, shops, and restaurants. Brownwood Paddock Square and Spanish Springs Town Square each bring their own shopping, dining, and nightly entertainment scenes.

For golf, the options are extensive,
championship-level play is covered by Cane Garden Country Club, Palmer Legends Country Club, and Southern Oaks Championship Golf Course at Sawgrass Grove.

Executive courses include Yankee Clipper, Turtle Mound, Truman, and Roosevelt. Sawgrass Grove also adds live nightly entertainment and local spots like Sawgrass Market and Tavern. Golfers looking to improve their game will appreciate the nearby Sarasota Golf Academy and Driving Range as well.

To enjoy The Villages’ pools, recreation centers, pickleball courts, and executive golf courses, Village Resident IDs are required. Each card is $50, and we handle the entire process ahead of your arrival so your IDs are ready and waiting for you.

Please note that commercial vehicles are prohibited from parking onsite overnight.

You will need Village Resident ID cards if you want to use the amenities in The Villages. The amenities include neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickleball, classes, golf at the executive courses, ability to reserve tee times, etc. IDs cost $50 and The Villages only allows two per home. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests.

Other things to note:

Guest passes must be requested and received from a regional recreation center. Guest passes are good for all activities except for access to sports pools. The resident does not need to be present for the guests to utilize the facilities. When golfing guest passes will be sufficient, but guests have a small greens fee (typically $11) to play the executive courses.
