«Nice hotel, nice people.
Two things not good: No possibility to open the windows. The air in the room was therefore not fresh.
The American breakfast is a joke. As a scandinavian, we’re used to having breakfast at a totally different level. Even the worst hotels in Scandinavia have a better breakfast than the best ones in the USA.
This was not different in Hampton Inn.
The coffee was superb!

«My stay at this hotel was disappointing, and a big reason was my interaction with the Front Office Manager, Jurney. Customer service goes a long way, especially when guests have concerns, but unfortunately, she came across as very condescending and dismissive.
